    Działania zaplanowane w projekcie zostały ukierunkowane na rozwijanie i kształtowanie przez Szkołę Podstawową nr 18 im. Jana Pawła II w Gliwicach wchodzącą w skład Zespołu Szkolno – Przedszkolnego nr 8 w Gliwicach kompetencji kluczowych uczniów oraz realizację kompleksowego programu indywidualizacji pracy z dziećmi o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty w trakcie realizacji projektu, tj. od 01.01.2019 do 30.06.2020 poprzez organizację różnych form dodatkowych zajęć kształcących kompetencje kluczowe oraz zajęć specjalistycznych. W projekcie przewidziano również doskonalenie zawodowe 20 nauczycielek. W wyniku zaplanowanych zadań w projekcie zostaną osiągnięte wszystkie obligatoryjne wskaźniki.
