Το έργο στοχεύει στην υποστήριξη ομάδων του πληθυσμού που πλήττονται ή απειλούνται από την ακραία φτώχεια και τον κοινωνικό αποκλεισμό μέσω ενός πλέγματος παροχής κοινωνικών υπηρεσιών, και ειδικότερα στην ενδυνάμωση και κοινωνική ενσωμάτωση των ευπαθών κοινωνικά ομάδων και των ευρισκόμενων σε κατάσταση φτώχειας. Στο πλαίσιο του προτεινόμενου Έργου θα υλοποιηθούν ενέργειες υποστήριξης σε είδη βασικής ανάγκης αλλά και πληροφόρησης, οι οποίες θα παρέχονται με στόχο την αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου της φτώχειας και του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού και τη δημιουργία ενός δικτύου κοινωνικής αλληλεγγύης για την ενίσχυση των ευάλωτων κοινωνικά και οικονομικά ομάδων.
