Το έργο αφορά στην Eναρμόνιση Οικογενειακής και Επαγγελματικής Ζωής και στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση γονέων που έχουν εξαρτώμενα άτομα με αναπηρία, οι οποίοι βρίσκονται κάτω από τα όρια της φτώχειας. Στο πλαίσιο του έργου προβλέπεται η η παροχή θέσεων φροντίδας παιδιών με αναπηρία και εφήβων με νοητική υστέρηση ή/και κινητική αναπηρία σε Κέντρα Δημιουργικής Απασχόλησης Παιδιών με Ειδικές Ανάγκες (ΚΔΑΠ ΜΕΑ). Η διάθεση της θέσης πραγματοποιείται προς το κάθε ωφελούμενο άτομο μέσω «αξίας τοποθέτησης» (voucher), που λαμβάνει από την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Τοπικής Ανάπτυξης και Αυτοδιοίκησης ΑΕ (ΕΕΤΑΑ ΑΕ), σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα σε σχετική Πρόσκληση Εκδήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος.
