The aim of the project is to use innovative devices which will significantly improve their work and reduce the resistance to resistance as well as extending the lifetime of the transport band. Performing appropriate tests will make it possible to improve the technical characteristics of the product and improve the cleaning of the conveyor belt. Periodic checking of the thickness of the covering of the strap, the observation of the strength of the burst of the strap and the assessment of the consumption of the cleaning segments, shall ensure optimal cleaning performance along the whole width of the strap. The significant improvement of the hydraulic brake performance of the hydraulic brake will reduce the probability of a failure and will eliminate the additional large and costly equipment for the braking system. The definition of the operating principles and characteristics of the mechanical brake brake will eliminate the structural defects and mounting defects of the device. Brake applications will be possible primarily in the heavy and machine industry. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest zastosowanie innowacyjnych urządzeń, które znacząco ulepszą pracę oraz ograniczą spadek wytrzymałości jak również przedłużą okres żywotności taśmy transportowej. Przeprowadzenie stosownych badań umożliwi poprawę parametrów technicznych produktu oraz udoskonali czyszczenie taśmy transportowej. Okresowe sprawdzanie grubości okładki nośnej taśmy, obserwacja wytrzymałości taśmy na rozerwanie oraz ocena stopnia zużycia segmentów czyszczących, zapewni optymalną efektywność czyszczenia wzdłuż całej szerokości taśmy. Znacząca poprawa parametrów hamulca elektro-hydraulicznego zmniejszy prawdopodobieństwo wystąpienia awarii oraz wyeliminuje dodatkowe wielkogabarytowe i kosztowne elementy układu sprzęgłowo-hamulcowego. Zdefiniowanie zasad działania oraz cech charakterystycznych hamulca elektro-mechanicznego pozwoli wyeliminować wady konstrukcyjne i montażowe urządzenia. Stosowanie hamulca możliwe będzie przede wszystkim w przemyśle ciężkim oraz maszynowym. (Polish)
