The aim of this business plan is to create an individual business, with the object of providing physical therapy services based in Argos Orestikon, a town in the prefecture of Kastoria. More specifically, with the present business plan, the investment body aims at the establishment of a Physiotherapy centre in a self-employed area in the area of Argos Orestiko, a town of 7,500 inhabitants (a total population of the Municipality) located 8 km south of the city of Kastoria. For the feasibility of establishing a physiotherapy centre, the main parameters that function as guidelines include: the successful course of the Physiotherapy industry, the intense need for a centre in the installation area, since in the Argos Orestiko there is no physical therapy and in the wider area of Kastoria the existing Physiotherapy facilities are few in proportion to its population. The potential beneficiary fulfils all the above conditions as he holds a degree (11/12/2010) of the Physiotherapy Department of the School of Health and Welfare Occupations at the Alexandrian Technological Educational Institute (TEI) THESSALONIKI, has a license to practice and is a registered member of the PSF. Whereas the SPS of the investment are fully interwoven with the qualification of the beneficiary. In addition to the basic knowledge of Physiotherapy acquired at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, the young entrepreneur specialised in rehabilitation and prevention of injuries of a sporting nature. Specifically, he has held three scientific publications, in the Hellenic Journal of Physical Education & Sport Science (http://www.hellenicjsport.com/en_home.html) on sports problems and has attended numerous training and educational seminars with specialisation in the recruitment and rehabilitation of diseases and cancers of the musculoskeletal system of multiday education and application, such as methods of mechanical diagnosis and treatment McKenzie, the physiotherapeutic method Mulligan I & II and manual therapy (Orthopedic Therapies). In relation to his experience he has spent six months internship at the hospital of Ippokrateio Thessaloniki, while from 01/11/2012 to 31/03/2013 he worked at the “Family and Child Care Center” (http://www.kmop.gr/el/) as a physiotherapist and from 27/12/2013 to 26/05/2014 he was hired by the Municipality of Kalamaria and joined an elderly care program. Therefore, given his involvement in the subject matter and the license to practise, the potential beneficiary is ready to start the new business and has already laid down the criteria to be met by the site of the Physical Therapy. He has already started market research on properties located in the center of the town, having defined as criteria for the selection of the appropriate space the following:-the space is close to a bus stop and is accessible to people with disabilities. Το παρόν επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο έχει ως σκοπός τη δημιουργία μίας ατομικής επιχείρησης, με αντικείμενο δραστηριότητας την παροχή υπηρεσιών φυσιοθεραπείας με έδρα στο ’ργος Ορεστικού, κωμόπολη του νομού Καστοριάς. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, με το παρόν επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο ο φορέας της επένδυσης στοχεύει στην ίδρυση ενός Φυσιοθεραπευτηρίου σε αυτοτελή επαγγελματικό χώρο στην περιοχή του ’ργους Ορεστικού, κωμόπολη 7.500 κατοίκων (12.000 συνολικά είναι ο πληθυσμός του Δήμου) που βρίσκεται 8χλμ νοτίως της πόλης Καστοριάς. Για την σκοπιμότητα ιδρύσεως κέντρου φυσικοθεραπείας, οι κυριότερες παράμετροι που λειτουργούν ως κατευθυντήριες γραμμές περιλαμβάνουν:την επιτυχή πορεία του κλάδου της Φυσικοθεραπείας, την έντονη ανάγκη για κέντρο στην περιοχή εγκατάστασης, δεδομένου ότι στο ’ργος Ορεστικού δεν υπάρχει κανένα Φυσικοθεραπευτήριο και στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Νομού Καστοριάς τα υπάρχοντα Φυσικοθεραπευτήρια είναι λίγα σε αναλογία με τον πληθυσμό της.Συγκεκριμένα, η επιχείρηση θα δραστηριοποιείται στους εξής ΚΑΔ:86.90.13.01 υπηρεσίες κινησιοθεραπείας 86.90.13.02 υπηρεσίες μαλάκτη (μασέρ) 86.90.13.03 υπηρεσίες φυσιοθεραπευτή86.90.13.04 υπηρεσίες χειροπράκτη Σύμφωνα με το Νόμο 775/70, για να γίνει κάποιος επαγγελματίας Φυσικοθεραπευτής απαιτείται πτυχίο Τ.Ε.Ι. ή ισότιμων σχολών στη Φυσικοθεραπεία, άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και να είναι εγγεγραμμένο μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών (ΠΣΦ). Ο δυνητικός δικαιούχος πληροί όλες τις παραπάνω προϋποθέσεις καθώς είναι κάτοχος τίτλου σπουδών (11/12/2010) του τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας της σχολής Επαγγελμάτων Υγείας και Πρόνοιας στο ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΕΙΟΥ ΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΚΟΥ ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΤΙΚΟΥ ΙΔΡΥΜΑΤΟΣ (ΑΤΕΙ) ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗΣ, διαθέτει άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και είναι εγγραμμένος μέλος του ΠΣΦ. Ενώ, οι ΚΑΔ της επένδυσης είναι πλήρως συνυφασμένοι με το τίτλο σπουδών του δικαιούχου. Πέρα όμως από της βασικές γνώσεις της Φυσικοθεραπείας που απέκτησε στο ΑΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης ο νέος επιχειρηματίας εξειδικεύτηκε στην αποκατάσταση και πρόληψη τραυματισμών αθλητικής φύσεως. Συγκεκριμένα, έχει τρεις επιστημονικές δημοσιεύσεις, στο Hellenic Journal of Physical Education & Sport Science (http://www.hellenicjsport.com/en_home.html) για προβλήματα αθλητικής φύσεως και έχει παρακολουθήσει πλήθος επιμορφωτικών και εκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων με εξειδίκευση στην πρόσληψη και αποκατάσταση παθήσεων και κανώσεων του μυοσκελετικού συστήματος πολυήμερης εκπαίδευσης και εφαρμογής, όπως μεθόδους μηχανικής διάγνωσης και θεραπείας McKenzie, της φυσικοθεραπευτικής μεθόδου Mulligan I & II και manual therapy (Ορθοπεδική Θεραπεία με Χειρισμούς για αποκατάσταση των νευρο-μυκων-σκελετικών προβλημάτων. Αναφορικά με την προϋπηρεσία του έχει κάνει εξάμηνη πρακτική άσκηση στο Ιπποκράτειο νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης, ενώ από τις 01/11/2012 έως τις 31/03/2013 εργάστηκε στο «Κέντρο Μέριμνας Οικογένειας και Παιδιού» (http://www.kmop.gr/el/) ως φυσιοθεραπευτής και από τις 27/12/2013 έως τις 26/05/2014 προσλήφθηκε από τον Δήμο Καλαμαριάς και εντάχθηκε σε πρόγραμμα φροντίδας ηλικιωμένων. Δεδομένης λοιπόν της ενασχόλησης του με το αντικείμενο και της άδειας ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος που κατέχει, ο δυνητικός δικαιούχος είναι έτοιμος να ξεκινήσει τη νέα επιχείρηση και έχει ήδη καθόρισε τα κριτήρια που θα πρέπει να πληρεί ο χώρος εγκατάστασης του Φυσικοθεραπευτηρίου. Ξεκίνησε ήδη την έρευνα αγοράς σε ακίνητα που βρίσκονται στο κέντρο της κωμόπολης, έχοντας ορίσει ως κριτήρια επιλογής του κατάλληλου χώρου τα εξής:-ο χώρος να είναι κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου και είναι προσβάσιμος από ’τομα με Αναπηρία (ΑμΕΑ). -Το εσωτερικό της επαγγελματικής στέγης, να είναι σύμφωνος με το Π.Δ. 29/87 που αφορά τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις για τη χορήγηση άδειας λειτουργίας εργαστηρίου φυσικοθεραπείας, δηλαδή να είναι άνω των 70τ.μ., και να περιλαμβάνει: α) Δωμάτιο αναμονής ασθενών, β) τουαλέτα με νιπτήρα, γ) χώρο ασθενών (ξεχωριστούς χώρους ηλεκτροθεραπείας, κινησιοθεραπείας, υδροθεραπείας).
