The aim of the project is to improve the situation of people at the age of activity. The project includes, but is not limited to: recruitment of persons in the various municipalities and in the county and M.Slupsk, assistance and support for the professional adviser for 155os, training and ICT courses for 16os, training and training courses in the field of foreign languages (80, and German and German.), the development of qualifications through courses and training from the integrated qualification system (155os), including postgraduate studies (28os), all of which will be completed by the corresponding examinations and certification of the certification project, all of which will be concluded with a minimum of 85 %. Lokalny,partnerski projekt realizowany w okresie VI.2017-XII.2019r. przez:Pomorską Akademię Kształcenia Zawodowego w Słupsku (W),Gminę Miasto Ustka-realizator CIS w Ustce(P1)Gm.Kobylnica(P2),Gm.Słupsk(P3),skierowany do 275 osób(gr. docelowa-GD)mieszkańców i os. pracujących w gminie:M.Ustka,Kobylnica,Słupsk oraz osób mieszk. i pracuj.z M.Słupka i powiatu słupskiego,w tym bezrobotnych/biernych zawodowo, znajdujących się w szcz.trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy-gł 25+, w tym po 50 r.ż., w wieku aktywności zawodowej (18+), które z własnej inicjatywy są zainteresowane nabyciem,uzupełnieniem lub podwyższeniem umiej.,kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zaw., niezależnie od ich sytuacji społ.-zawod.Udział w projekcie wezmą pracownicy (co najmniej 50% ogółu) sektora MŚP oraz ekonomii społ/przedsieb.społecznych.Rekrutacja zostanie przepr.z zach.zasady równości szans i niedyskr., zasady rów.kobiet i mężczyzn. Struktura GD: 275 os. ogółem-165K i 110M,w tym: 80% os. 25+(220os-132K i 88M),z czego z niskimi kwalifikacjami będzie 40%-88os.(53K i 35M), ponadto min 10% ogółu uczestn. stanowić będą os. 50+ (28os 17Ki11M).Założono udział 60% kobiet-na podstawie danych liczbowych,statystyk, które potwierdzają ich szczególnie trudna sytuację na rynku pracy. Celem projektu jest poprawa sytuacji osób w wieku aktywności zawod. Projekt przewiduje m.in.: rekrutację osób w poszczególnych gminach oraz powiecie i M.Słupsk,pomoc i wsparcie doradcy zawodowego dla 155os., przeprowadzenie szkoleń i kursów w zakresie TIK dla 16os, szkoleń i kursów w zakresie języków obcych (j.angielski-80os. i niemiecki-24os.), rozwój kwalifikacji poprzez kursy i szkolenia zg. z integrowanym systemem kwalifikacji(155os.), w tym studia podyplomowe (28os.),z których wszystkie będą kończyły się odpowiednimi egzaminami i wydaniem certyfikatów.Zakłada się współpracę z pracodawcami w realizacji założeń projektu.Planuje się, że co najmniej 85% os. GD uzyska odpowiednie kwalifikacje,zgodne z potrzebami. (Polish)
