The work to improve working conditions in the association will result not only in the satisfaction of workers, but also in the increase in productivity and in the improvement of working conditions with a decrease in sickness absence and associated costs. Projekt skierowany do 110 pracowników(96K/14M)w tym 5os.z niepełnosprawnością-Polskiego Stowarzyszenia na rzecz Osób Niepełnosprawnych Intelektualnie(PSONI) prowadzącego działalność wspomagającą i terapeutyczną na rzecz osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Celem pr.jest ograniczenie ryzyka na stanowiskach pracy- fizykoterapeutów,rejestratorek,pracowników administracyjnych,psychologów,nauczycieli prowadzących zajęcia z osobami niepełnosprawnymi,osób sprzątających.To pracodawca ponosi ryzyko wypadków w pracy z powodu braku bezpiecznych warunków pracy ale i pracownik ponosi ryzyko zawodowe,wykonując pracę w określonych warunkach.Aby chronić jego życie i zdrowie konieczne jest ograniczanie i eliminowanie ryzyka związanego z pracą.Przeprowadzono wstępną analizę potrzeb(VIII.17)zakładu pracy.Analiza została poprzedzona przygotowaniem ankiet zawierających pytania otwarte i zamknięte dot.potrzeb na danym stanowisku pracy pod kątem problemów dot.niekorzystnych czynników zdrowotnych.W wyniku tych ankiet proponujemy dla naszych pracowników wsparcie w oparciu o wyniki analizy w postaci warsztatów psychologicznych mających na celu wyeliminowanie/ograniczenie wypalenia zawodowego oraz treningów relaksacyjnych(przeciążenie ilościowe pracą-presja czasowa,tempo)przeciążenie jakościowe pracą(kontakt z klientem chorym,trudnym,z problemami psychicznymi,trudności,izolacja),spotkania indywidualne z superwizorem do pracy z psychologiem(obciążony psychicznie),pakiet badań laboratoryjnych(badania glukozy,cholesterolu,USG-hormonalne badania tarczycy,USG,profilaktyka dla M/K,kolonoskopia), zakup karnetów typu multisport, szczepienie p/odrze oraz wizyty u dietetyka. Działaniami uzupełniającymi będą akcje np. szkolenia, warsztaty promujące zdrowy styl życia, piknik. Rezultatem nakładów na poprawę warunków pracy w stowarzyszeniu będzie nie tylko zadowolenie pracowników, ale też wzrost ich wydajności oraz poprawa warunków pracy objawiająca się spadkiem absencji chorobowej i związanych z tym kosztów.
