La Société de Production et de Commercialisation des Rhums du Galion (SPCRG) est une société anonyme qui produit et commercialise des rhums de sucrerie à partir des mélasses et matières sucrées produites à la sucrerie du Galion. Créée le 10 mars 2005, SPCRG a repris les activités de production et de commercialisation des Rhums du Galion (Rhum Traditionnel de sucrerie-RTS et Grand Arôme-GA) et est devenue la locataire gérante du fonds industriel et commercial de la société du Galion détenu par la Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). SPCRG compte parmi ses actionnaires les deux principaux acheteurs de Rhums de Sucrerie du Galion pour le marché métropolitain : COFEPP actionnaire majoritaire avec 50,02 % des parts et VALOIS actionnaire à hauteur de 1 4%. La SAEM PSRM détient également 34 % du capital. La SPCRG exploite la distillerie de Grand Arôme du Galion qui a été modernisée (Gestion des vinasses et nouvelles colonnes à distiller) et fait fabriquer à sa façon à Sainte-Marie les Rhums Traditionnel de Sucrerie. März 2005 gegründet und übernahm die Produktions- und Vermarktungsaktivitäten der Rums du Galion (Rhum Traditionnel de Zuckerfabrik-RTS und Grand Arôme-GA) und wurde Geschäftsführerin des Industrie- und Handelsfonds der Gesellschaft Galion im Besitz der Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Zucker und Rumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). Zu seinen Aktionären gehören die beiden Hauptkäufer von Rums de Sucrerie du Galion für den Metropolmarkt: Cofepp Mehrheitsaktionär mit 50,02 % der Anteile und VALOIS Aktionär in Höhe von 1 4 %. Creada el 10 de marzo de 2005, SPCRG se hizo cargo de las actividades de producción y comercialización del Rhums du Galion (Rron tradicional de azúcar-RTS y Grand Arôme-GA) y pasó a ser el arrendatario gerente del fondo industrial y comercial de la sociedad Galion, propiedad de la Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). SPCRG tiene entre sus accionistas los dos principales compradores de Rhums de Sucrerie du Galion para el mercado metropolitano: Accionista mayoritario de Cofepp con el 50,02 % de las acciones y accionista VALOIS al 1 4 %. SAEM PSRM también posee el 34 % del capital. Družba SPCRG, ustanovljena 10. marca 2005, je prevzela dejavnosti proizvodnje in trženja Rhums du Galion (tradicionalni rum sladkorja-RTS in Grand Arôme-GA) ter postala upravljavka industrijskega in komercialnega sklada družbe Galion v lasti Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). Družba SPCRG ima med svojimi delničarji dva glavna kupca Rhums de Sucrerie du Galion za metropolitanski trg: Večinski delničar družbe Cofepp s 50,02 % delnic in delničar družbe VALOIS v višini 1 4 %. SAEM PSRM ima tudi 34 % kapitala. The Société de Production et de Commercialisation des Rhums du Galion (SPCRG) is a public limited company that produces and markets sugar rums from molasses and sweet materials produced at the Galion sugar factory. Created on 10 March 2005, SPCRG took over the production and marketing activities of the Rhums du Galion (Traditional rum of sugar-RTS and Grand Arôme-GA) and became the managing tenant of the industrial and commercial fund of the company of Galion owned by the Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). SPCRG has among its shareholders the two main buyers of Rhums de Sucrerie du Galion for the metropolitan market: Cofepp majority shareholder with 50.02 % of the shares and VALOIS shareholder at 1 4 %. SAEM PSRM also holds 34 % of the capital. The SPCRG operates the Grand Arôme du Galion distillery which has been modernised (Management of Vinasses and New Columns to Distillate) and has Sainte-Marie’s Traditional Rhums made in its own way. Osnovan 10. ožujka 2005., SPCRG je preuzeo djelatnosti proizvodnje i stavljanja na tržište društva Rhums du Galion (Tradicionalni rum šećera-RTS i Grand Arôme-GA) i postao upravitelj najmoprimca industrijskog i trgovačkog fonda društva Galion u vlasništvu Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). Među svojim dioničarima SPCRG ima dva glavna kupca društva Rhums de Sucrerie du Galion za metropolitansko tržište: Većinski dioničar Cofeppa s 50,02 % dionica i dioničar VALOIS-a po cijeni od 1 4 %. SAEM PSRM također drži 34 % kapitala. SPCRG, der blev oprettet den 10. marts 2005, overtog produktions- og markedsføringsaktiviteterne for Rhums du Galion (Traditional rom of sugar-RTS and Grand Arôme-GA) og blev forvalter af industri- og handelsfonden i Galion-selskabet, der ejes af Société Anonyme d'Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). SPCRG har blandt sine aktionærer de to største købere af Rhums de Sucrerie du Galion til storbymarkedet: Cofepp majoritetsaktionær med 50,02 % af aktierne og VALOIS aktionær på 1 4 %. A 2005. március 10-én létrehozott SPCRG átvette a Rhums du Galion (a cukor-RTS és a Grand Arôme-GA hagyományos rumja) termelési és értékesítési tevékenységét, és a Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM) tulajdonában lévő Galion társaság ipari és kereskedelmi alapjának ügyvezetője lett. SPCRG, opgericht op 10 maart 2005, nam de productie- en afzetactiviteiten van de Rhums du Galion (traditionele rum van suiker-RTS en Grand Arôme-GA) over en werd eigenaar van het industriële en commerciële fonds van de onderneming Galion, eigendom van de Société Anonyme d’Economie Mixte de Production Sucrière et Rhumière de Martinique (SAEM PSRM). SPCRG heeft onder haar aandeelhouders de twee belangrijkste kopers van Rhums de Sucrerie du Galion voor de grootstedelijke markt: Cofepp meerderheidsaandeelhouder met 50,02 % van de aandelen en VALOIS aandeelhouder 1 4 %.
