| Property / summary: The overall objective of the project is to increase the employment of tertiary university and non-university education graduates (ISCED 5-7 students, ISCED 4 PhD students and ISCED 4 students, qualification level 5, enrolled in colleges organised at higher institute level), from NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V and SE regions in smart fields, identified as future, in order to develop a competitive knowledge-based economy, by stimulating and supporting the entrepreneurial initiative, respectively the creation of new enterprises (start-ups) and the creation of new jobs. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and the call by implementing measures to increase the employment and development of the entrepreneurial environment for a number of 345 people, in order to set up at least 13 new enterprises and to create at least 65 new sustainable and quality jobs in the NV, SM, Center, NE, SVO, V and SE regions. Through all these measures, the project will produce a positive long-term effect, namely to increase the employment level of tertiary and non-university education graduates and to develop the entrepreneurial environment (by setting up new enterprises and creating new jobs in the implementation regions) 9 months after the completion of the project implementation for at least 70 % of the established enterprises. Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea gradului de ocupare al absolvenților de învățământ terțiar universitar și non universitar (studenți ISCED 5-7, doctoranzi si cursanți ISCED 4, nivel de calificare 5, înmatriculați în colegiile organizate la nivelul instit. de înv. superior), din regiunile NV, SM, Centru, NE, SVO, V si SE în domenii de activitate inteligente, identificate ca fiind de viitor, în vederea dezvoltării unei economii competitive bazată pe cunoaștere, prin stimularea si sprijinirea initiativei antreprenoriale, respectiv infiintarea de intreprinderi noi (start-upuri) si crearea de noi locuri de munca. Proiectul va contribui la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului prin implementarea de masuri privind cresterea gradului de ocupare si dezvoltarea mediului antreprenorial pentru un numar de 345 persoane, in scopul infiintarii a minim 13 noi intreprinderi si a crearii de minim 65 de noi locuri de munca durabile si de calitate in regiunile NV,SM,Centru,NE,SVO,V si SE. Prin toate aceste masuri, proiectul va produce un efect pozitiv pe termen lung si anume acela de a creste nivelul de ocupare al absolventilor de invatamant tertiar universitar si non universitar si de a dezvolta mediul antreprenorial (prin infiintarea de intreprinderi noi si crearea de noi locuri de munca in regiunile de implementare) la 9 luni de la finalizarea implementarii proiectului pentru minim 70% din intreprinderile infiintate. Det overordnede mål med projektet er at øge beskæftigelsen af kandidater fra videregående og ikke-universitetsuddannelser (ISCED 5-7 studerende, ISCED 4 ph.d.-studerende og ISCED 4 studerende, kvalifikationsniveau 5, indskrevet på højere læreanstalter), fra NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V og SE regioner inden for intelligente områder, identificeret som fremtiden, med henblik på at udvikle en konkurrencedygtig videnbaseret økonomi ved at stimulere og støtte iværksætterinitiativet, henholdsvis oprettelse af nye virksomheder (start-ups) og skabelse af nye arbejdspladser. Projektet vil bidrage til opfyldelsen af programmets specifikke mål og opfordringen ved at gennemføre foranstaltninger til at øge beskæftigelsen og udviklingen af iværksættermiljøet for et antal på 345 personer med henblik på at oprette mindst 13 nye virksomheder og skabe mindst 65 nye bæredygtige og kvalitetsjob i NV, SM, Center, NE, SVO, V og SE-regionerne. Hankkeella edistetään ohjelman erityistavoitteen ja ehdotuspyynnön saavuttamista toteuttamalla toimenpiteitä, joilla lisätään 345 henkilön työllistymistä ja kehittämistä, jotta voidaan perustaa vähintään 13 uutta yritystä ja luoda vähintään 65 uutta kestävää ja laadukasta työpaikkaa NV:n, SM:n, Centerin, NE:n, SVO:n, V:n ja SE:n alueille. Hankkeella on kaikilla näillä toimenpiteillä myönteinen pitkän aikavälin vaikutus eli korkea-asteen tutkinnon suorittaneiden ja muiden kuin korkeakoulututkinnon suorittaneiden työllisyysasteen nostaminen ja yrittäjyysympäristön kehittäminen (perustamalla uusia yrityksiä ja luomalla uusia työpaikkoja täytäntöönpanoalueille) yhdeksän kuukauden kuluttua hankkeen toteuttamisen päättymisestä vähintään 70 prosentille vakiintuneista yrityksistä. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van de werkgelegenheid van afgestudeerden in tertiair en niet-universitair onderwijs (ISCED 5-7 studenten, ISCED 4 promovendi en ISCED 4 studenten, kwalificatieniveau 5, ingeschreven in hogescholen georganiseerd op het niveau van hoger onderwijs), van NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V en SE regio’s op slimme gebieden, geïdentificeerd als toekomst, om een concurrerende kenniseconomie te ontwikkelen, door het stimuleren en ondersteunen van het ondernemersinitiatief, respectievelijk de oprichting van nieuwe ondernemingen (start-ups) en het scheppen van nieuwe banen. Het project zal bijdragen aan de verwezenlijking van de specifieke doelstelling van het programma en de oproep door middel van maatregelen om de werkgelegenheid en ontwikkeling van de ondernemingsomgeving voor een aantal van 345 mensen te vergroten, teneinde ten minste 13 nieuwe ondernemingen op te richten en ten minste 65 nieuwe duurzame en kwaliteitsbanen te creëren in de regio’s NV, SM, Center, NE, SVO, V en SE. The overall objective of the project is to increase the employment of tertiary university and non-university education graduates (ISCED 5-7 students, ISCED 4 PhD students and ISCED 4 students, qualification level 5, enrolled in colleges organised at higher institute level), from NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V and SE regions in smart fields, identified as future, in order to develop a competitive knowledge-based economy, by stimulating and supporting the entrepreneurial initiative, respectively the creation of new enterprises (start-ups) and the creation of new jobs. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and the call by implementing measures to increase the employment and development of the entrepreneurial environment for a number of 345 people, in order to set up at least 13 new enterprises and to create at least 65 new sustainable and quality jobs in the NV, SM, Center, NE, SVO, V and SE regions. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigung von Hochschulabsolventen und außeruniversitären Bildungsabsolventen (ISCED 5-7 Studenten, ISCED 4 Doktoranden und ISCED 4 Studenten, Qualifikationsstufe 5, die an Hochschulen auf höherer Institutsebene organisiert sind) von NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V und SE Regionen in intelligenten Bereichen, die als Zukunft identifiziert werden, zu erhöhen, um eine wettbewerbsfähige wissensbasierte Wirtschaft zu entwickeln, indem die unternehmerische Initiative bzw. die Gründung neuer Unternehmen (Start-ups) und die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze gefördert werden. Das Projekt wird zur Erreichung des spezifischen Ziels des Programms und der Aufforderung beitragen, indem Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden, um die Beschäftigung und Entwicklung des unternehmerischen Umfelds für eine Reihe von 345 Menschen zu erhöhen, um mindestens 13 neue Unternehmen zu gründen und mindestens 65 neue nachhaltige und hochwertige Arbeitsplätze in den Regionen NV, SM, Center, NE, SVO, V und SE zu schaffen. Durch all diese Maßnahmen wird das Projekt langfristig positive Auswirkungen haben, nämlich das Beschäftigungsniveau von Hochschulabsolventen und außeruniversitären Hochschulabsolventen zu erhöhen und das unternehmerische Umfeld (durch Gründung neuer Unternehmen und Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze in den Umsetzungsregionen) 9 Monate nach Abschluss der Projektdurchführung für mindestens 70 % der etablierten Unternehmen zu entwickeln. Celkovým cílem projektu je zvýšit zaměstnanost absolventů terciárního vysokoškolského a neuniverzitního vzdělávání (ISCED 5–7 studentů, ISCED 4 PhD studentů a ISCED 4, kvalifikační úroveň 5, zapsaných na vysokých školách organizovaných na vyšší úrovni ústavu), z regionů NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V a SE v inteligentních oblastech, které byly označeny jako budoucí, s cílem rozvíjet konkurenceschopné znalostní hospodářství, a to prostřednictvím stimulace a podpory podnikatelské iniciativy, resp. vytváření nových podniků (zakládání podniků) a vytváření nových pracovních míst. Projekt přispěje k dosažení specifického cíle programu a výzvy prostřednictvím prováděcích opatření ke zvýšení zaměstnanosti a rozvoje podnikatelského prostředí pro řadu 345 osob, s cílem založit nejméně 13 nových podniků a vytvořit alespoň 65 nových udržitelných a kvalitních pracovních míst v regionech NV, SM, Center, NE, SVO, V a SE. Prostřednictvím všech těchto opatření bude mít projekt pozitivní dlouhodobý dopad, a to zvýšení míry zaměstnanosti absolventů terciárního a neuniverzitního vzdělávání a rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí (zakládáním nových podniků a vytvářením nových pracovních míst v prováděcích regionech) 9 měsíců po dokončení realizace projektu u nejméně 70 % zavedených podniků. A projekt általános célja a felsőoktatási és nem egyetemi végzettséggel rendelkezők foglalkoztatásának növelése (ISCED 5–7 hallgatók, ISCED 4 PhD hallgatók és ISCED 4 hallgatók, 5. képesítési szint, beiratkozott felsőoktatási intézmények szintjén) NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V és SE régiókból intelligens területeken, a versenyképes tudásalapú gazdaság kialakítása érdekében, a vállalkozói kezdeményezés ösztönzése és támogatása, illetve új vállalkozások (kezdeményezések) és új munkahelyek létrehozása révén. A projekt hozzájárul a program egyedi célkitűzésének és a felhívásnak a 345 fő foglalkoztatását és fejlesztését célzó intézkedések végrehajtásával, legalább 13 új vállalkozás létrehozása és legalább 65 új, fenntartható és minőségi munkahely létrehozása érdekében az NV, SM, Center, NE, SVO, V és SE régiókban. Mindezen intézkedések révén a projekt hosszú távú pozitív hatást fejt ki, nevezetesen a felsőfokú és nem egyetemi végzettséggel rendelkezők foglalkoztatási szintjének növelése, valamint a vállalkozói környezet fejlesztése (új vállalkozások létrehozásával és új munkahelyek teremtésével a végrehajtó régiókban) 9 hónappal a projekt végrehajtásának befejezését követően a meglévő vállalkozások legalább 70%-a számára. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di aumentare l'occupazione di laureati universitari terziari e non universitari (ISCED 5-7 studenti, ISCED 4 dottorandi e ISCED 4 studenti, livello di qualificazione 5, iscritti a college organizzati a livello superiore), da NV, MS, Center, NE, SVO, V e SE in settori intelligenti, identificati come futuro, al fine di sviluppare un'economia competitiva basata sulla conoscenza, stimolando e sostenendo l'iniziativa imprenditoriale, rispettivamente la creazione di nuove imprese (start-up) e la creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro. Il progetto contribuirà al raggiungimento dell'obiettivo specifico del programma e dell'invito attuando misure per aumentare l'occupazione e lo sviluppo dell'ambiente imprenditoriale per un numero di 345 persone, al fine di costituire almeno 13 nuove imprese e creare almeno 65 nuovi posti di lavoro sostenibili e di qualità nelle regioni NV, SM, Centro, NE, SVO, V e SE. Attraverso tutte queste misure, il progetto produrrà un effetto positivo a lungo termine, vale a dire aumentare il livello di occupazione dei laureati dell'istruzione terziaria e non universitaria e sviluppare l'ambiente imprenditoriale (instaurando nuove imprese e creando nuovi posti di lavoro nelle regioni di attuazione) 9 mesi dopo il completamento dell'attuazione del progetto per almeno il 70 % delle imprese stabilite.
