In the light of the overall objective, the project subscribes to the POCU objective of ensuring the sustainable integration into the labour market of NEETs by the fact that, on the one hand, the SPO will provide facilities to employers who enter into employment, for an indefinite period, NEETs. The project is also part of Priority Axis 1 — Youth Employment Initiative, investment priority: 8.ii Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people (ILMT), in particular those not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee. Objectivo geral do projecto: Aumentar as oportunidades de emprego de 11 500 jovens NEET com idades compreendidas entre os 16 e os 29 anos, desempregados inscritos no Serviço Público de Emprego (SPO), através da subvenção de postos de trabalho. À luz do objetivo global, o projeto subscreve o objetivo do POCU de assegurar a integração sustentável dos NEET no mercado de trabalho pelo facto de, por um lado, a SPO proporcionar facilidades aos empregadores que contratem NEET por um período indeterminado. O projeto faz igualmente parte do eixo prioritário 1 — Iniciativa para o Emprego dos Jovens, prioridade de investimento: 8.ii Integração sustentável no mercado de trabalho dos jovens (ILMT), em especial dos que não trabalham, não estudam nem seguem qualquer formação, incluindo os jovens em risco de exclusão social e os jovens de comunidades marginalizadas, nomeadamente através da implementação da Garantia para a Juventude. Obiectivul general al proiectului: Creșterea oportunităților pentru încadrarea a 11.500 tineri NEETs cu vârsta cuprinsă între 16 și 29 de ani, șomeri înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare (SPO) prin subvenționarea locurilor de munca. Prin prisma obiectivului general, proiectul se subscrie obiectivului POCU de asigurare a integrării durabile pe piața forței de muncă a tinerilor NEET prin faptul că, pe de o parte, SPO va acorda facilităţi angajatorilor care încadrează în muncă, pe durată nedeterminată, tineri NEETs. De asemenea, proiectul se înscrie în Axa prioritară 1 – Inițiativa ”Locuri de muncă pentru tineri”, prioritatea de investiții: 8.ii Integrare durabilă pe piața muncii a tinerilor (ILMT), în special a celor care nu au un loc de muncă, educație sau formare, inclusiv a tinerilor cu risc de excluziune socială și a tinerilor din comunitățile marginalizate, inclusiv prin punerea în aplicare a ”garanției pentru tineret”. Objetivo general del proyecto: Aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de 11.500 ninis de 16 a 29 años, desempleados inscritos en el Servicio Público de Empleo (SPO) subvencionando puestos de trabajo. A la luz del objetivo general, el proyecto suscribe el objetivo del POCU de garantizar la integración sostenible en el mercado laboral de los ninis por el hecho de que, por una parte, la OSP proporcionará facilidades a los empleadores que contratan, por un período indefinido, a los ninis. Projektets overordnede mål: Øge mulighederne for at ansætte 11.500 NEET'er i alderen 16-29 år, arbejdsløse, der er registreret hos den offentlige arbejdsformidling (SPO), ved at støtte job. I lyset af det overordnede mål tilslutter projektet sig POCU's mål om at sikre en bæredygtig integration på arbejdsmarkedet af NEET'er, idet SPO på den ene side vil stille faciliteter til rådighed for arbejdsgivere, der går i beskæftigelse på ubestemt tid, NEET'er. Projektet er også en del af prioritetsakse 1 — Ungdomsbeskæftigelsesinitiativet, investeringsprioritet: 8.ii Bæredygtig integration på arbejdsmarkedet af unge (ILMT), navnlig unge, der ikke er i beskæftigelse eller under uddannelse, herunder unge, der er i risiko for social udstødelse, og unge fra marginaliserede samfund, herunder gennem gennemførelsen af ungdomsgarantien. A projekt általános célkitűzése: 11 500, 16 és 29 év közötti NEET-fiatal, az Állami Foglalkoztatási Szolgálatnál (SPO) regisztrált munkanélküliek foglalkoztatásának lehetőségeinek növelése a munkahelyek támogatása révén. Az átfogó célkitűzés fényében a projekt támogatja a POCU azon célkitűzését, hogy biztosítsa a NEET-fiatalok fenntartható munkaerő-piaci integrációját azáltal, hogy egyrészt az SPO eszközöket biztosít azoknak a munkáltatóknak, akik határozatlan időre foglalkoztatják a NEET-fiatalokat. A projekt része az 1. prioritási tengelynek is – ifjúsági foglalkoztatási kezdeményezés, beruházási prioritás: 8.ii A fiatalok fenntartható munkaerő-piaci integrációja (ILMT), különösen a nem foglalkoztatott, oktatásban vagy képzésben nem részesülő fiatalok, köztük a társadalmi kirekesztés kockázatának kitett fiatalok és a marginalizált közösségekből származó fiatalok, többek között az ifjúsági garancia végrehajtása révén. Gesamtziel des Projekts: Erhöhung der Möglichkeiten für die Beschäftigung von 11.500 NEETs im Alter von 16 bis 29 Jahren, die bei der öffentlichen Arbeitsverwaltung (SPO) registriert sind, indem sie Arbeitsplätze subventionieren. Angesichts des übergeordneten Ziels trägt das Projekt dem POCU-Ziel Rechnung, die nachhaltige Integration der NEETs in den Arbeitsmarkt zu gewährleisten, indem einerseits die SPO Arbeitgebern, die auf unbestimmte Zeit in eine Beschäftigung eintreten, Einrichtungen zur Verfügung stellt. S obzirom na opći cilj, projekt je u skladu s ciljem POCU-a da se osigura održiva integracija NEET-ova na tržište rada činjenicom da će se, s jedne strane, SPO-om omogućiti poslodavcima koji se zapošljavaju, na neodređeno vrijeme, NEET-ovi. Projekt je također dio prioritetne osi 1 – Inicijativa za zapošljavanje mladih, prioritet ulaganja: Ii. Održiva integracija mladih na tržište rada, posebno onih koji nisu zaposleni, ne obrazuju se i ne osposobljavaju, uključujući mlade kojima prijeti socijalna isključenost i mlade iz marginaliziranih zajednica, među ostalim provedbom Garancije za mlade. Celkový cieľ projektu: Zvýšenie príležitostí na zamestnávanie 11 500 NEET vo veku 16 až 29 rokov, nezamestnaných zaregistrovaných vo verejnej službe zamestnanosti (SPO) prostredníctvom dotovania pracovných miest. Vzhľadom na celkový cieľ sa projekt pripisuje cieľu POCU zabezpečiť udržateľnú integráciu NEET do trhu práce tým, že na jednej strane poskytne SPO zamestnávateľom, ktorí vstupujú do zamestnania, na dobu neurčitú, NEET. Projekt je tiež súčasťou prioritnej osi 1 – Iniciatíva na podporu zamestnanosti mladých ľudí, investičná priorita: 8.ii Udržateľná integrácia mladých ľudí do trhu práce, najmä tých, ktorí nie sú zamestnaní, ani nie sú v procese vzdelávania alebo odbornej prípravy, vrátane mladých ľudí ohrozených sociálnym vylúčením a mladých ľudí z marginalizovaných komunít, a to aj prostredníctvom vykonávania záruky pre mladých ľudí. Hankkeen yleistavoite: Lisätään mahdollisuuksia työllistää 11 500 16–29-vuotiasta NEET-nuorta, jotka ovat julkisessa työvoimapalvelussa rekisteröityneitä työttömiä, tukemalla työpaikkoja. Kokonaistavoitteen valossa hanke tukee POCU:n tavoitetta varmistaa NEET-nuorten kestävä integroituminen työmarkkinoille yhtäältä sillä, että SPO tarjoaa palveluja työnantajille, jotka tulevat työhön määräämättömäksi ajaksi, NEET-nuoret. Hanke on myös osa toimintalinjaa 1 – Nuorisotyöllisyysaloite, investointiprioriteetti: 8.ii Nuorten, erityisesti työelämän ja koulutuksen ulkopuolella olevien nuorten, mukaan lukien syrjäytymisvaarassa olevat nuoret ja syrjäytyneiden yhteisöjen nuoret, kestävä integroituminen työmarkkinoille, mukaan lukien nuorisotakuun täytäntöönpano. Objectif général du projet: Accroître les possibilités d’emploi de 11 500 NEET âgés de 16 à 29 ans, chômeurs inscrits au Service public de l’emploi (SPO) en subventionnant des emplois. À la lumière de l’objectif global, le projet souscrit à l’objectif du POCU d’assurer l’intégration durable des NEET sur le marché du travail par le fait que, d’une part, la SPO fournira des facilités aux employeurs qui entrent dans un emploi, pour une durée indéterminée, les NEET. Le projet fait également partie de l’axe prioritaire 1 — Initiative pour l’emploi des jeunes, priorité d’investissement: 8.ii L’intégration durable des jeunes sur le marché du travail (ILMT), en particulier ceux qui ne travaillent pas, n’ont pas d’éducation ou de formation, y compris les jeunes menacés d’exclusion sociale et les jeunes issus de communautés marginalisées, y compris par la mise en œuvre de la garantie pour la jeunesse. Projektets övergripande mål: Öka möjligheterna att anställa 11 500 unga som varken arbetar eller studerar i åldern 16–29 år, arbetslösa som är registrerade hos den offentliga arbetsförmedlingen (SPO) genom att subventionera arbetstillfällen. Mot bakgrund av det övergripande målet ansluter sig projektet till POCU-målet att säkerställa en hållbar integration på arbetsmarknaden för unga som varken arbetar eller studerar, genom att SPO å ena sidan kommer att tillhandahålla möjligheter för arbetsgivare som arbetar på obestämd tid, som varken arbetar eller studerar. Projektet ingår också i insatsområde 1 – Ungdomssysselsättningsinitiativet, investeringsprioritering: 8.ii Hållbar integration på arbetsmarknaden för ungdomar, särskilt ungdomar som varken arbetar eller studerar, inbegripet ungdomar som riskerar social utestängning och ungdomar från marginaliserade grupper, bland annat genom genomförandet av ungdomsgarantin. Γενικός στόχος του έργου: Αύξηση των ευκαιριών απασχόλησης 11.500 ατόμων ΕΑΕΚ ηλικίας 16 έως 29 ετών, ανέργων εγγεγραμμένων στη Δημόσια Υπηρεσία Απασχόλησης (SPO) μέσω της επιδότησης θέσεων εργασίας. Υπό το πρίσμα του γενικού στόχου, το έργο προσυπογράφει τον στόχο της POCU για τη διασφάλιση της βιώσιμης ένταξης των ΕΑΕΚ στην αγορά εργασίας με το γεγονός ότι, αφενός, η SPO θα παρέχει διευκολύνσεις στους εργοδότες που εργάζονται, για αόριστο χρονικό διάστημα, στους ΕΑΕΚ. Το έργο αποτελεί επίσης μέρος του άξονα προτεραιότητας 1 — Πρωτοβουλία για την απασχόληση των νέων, επενδυτική προτεραιότητα: 8.ii Βιώσιμη ένταξη των νέων στην αγορά εργασίας (ILMT), ιδίως εκείνων που βρίσκονται εκτός απασχόλησης, εκπαίδευσης ή κατάρτισης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των νέων που διατρέχουν κίνδυνο κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού και των νέων από περιθωριοποιημένες κοινότητες, μεταξύ άλλων μέσω της εφαρμογής των εγγυήσεων για τη νεολαία. Algemene doelstelling van het project: Het vergroten van de kansen voor het in dienst nemen van 11.500 NEET’s van 16 tot 29 jaar, werklozen die zijn ingeschreven bij de openbare dienst voor arbeidsvoorziening (SPO) door banen te subsidiëren. In het licht van de algemene doelstelling onderschrijft het project de POCU-doelstelling om te zorgen voor duurzame integratie op de arbeidsmarkt van NEET’s door het feit dat de SPO enerzijds voorzieningen zal bieden aan werkgevers die voor onbepaalde tijd in dienst treden, NEET’s. Het project maakt ook deel uit van prioritaire as 1 — Jongerenwerkgelegenheidsinitiatief, investeringsprioriteit: 8.ii Duurzame integratie op de arbeidsmarkt van jongeren (ILMT), met name jongeren die geen werk hebben en geen onderwijs of opleiding volgen, met inbegrip van jongeren die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting en jongeren uit gemarginaliseerde gemeenschappen, onder meer door de uitvoering van de jongerengarantie.
