Property / summary: The overall objective of the project is to adapt the activity of 36 enterprises and 336 employees from all less developed regions to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI through professional training courses and technical assistance in the elaboration of a strategic long-term planning. Through the 336 members of the target group the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program, which is to increase the number of employees benefiting from the tools, methods, practices etc. of human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS/SNCDI smart specialisation areas. The positive long-term effect will be the adaptation of the companies in the project to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive pontential and the orientation of the companies to these sectors and to the smart specialisation areas identified within SNCDI Human resource is certainly the most valuable resource currently in existence in Romania. People, through their sometimes inspired, sometimes carefully calculated actions, can make good things happen, develop and materialise in everyday life. People decide if tomorrow is better than today. Their decisions, whether inspired or carefully calculated, are based on knowledge and experience. If these two are alive, connected to the pulse of the world, then the decisions they make are good. Then, an enterprise goes well and produces added value for the whole society. Our project aims to help not one but at least 36 enterprises to go better, to adapt their activity to the economic sectors in which Romania has competitive potential, helping the people who work in them. And we aim to offer knowledge and experience not to a single person but to at least 336 people so that, through them, the Romanian economic environment is better prepared for the challenges that await it in the future. E pretendemos oferecer conhecimento e experiência não a uma única pessoa, mas a pelo menos 336 pessoas, para que, através delas, o ambiente económico romeno esteja mais bem preparado para os desafios que o esperam no futuro.     Obiectivul general al proiectului este adaptarea activitatii a 36 de intreprinderi si 336 angajati din toate regiunilemai pu'in dezvoltate la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si a domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI prin cursuri de formare profesionala si asistenta tehnica in elaborarea unei planificari strategice pe termen lung. Prin cei 336 membri ai grupului tinta proiectul va contribui la indeplinirea obiectivului specific al programului care este Creșterea numărului de angajați care beneficiază de instrumente, metode, practici etc standard de management al resurselor umane și de condiții de lucru îmbunătățite în vederea adaptării activității la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC/domeniilor de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI. Efectul pozitiv pe termen lung va fi adaptarea firmelor din proiect la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu pontential competitiv si orientarea firmelor catre aceste sectoare si catre domeniile de specializare inteligenta identificate in cadrul SNCDI Resursa umană este cu siguranță cea mai valoroasă resursă existentă la momentul actual în România. Oamenii, prin acțiunile lor uneori inspirate, alteori atent calculate, pot face ca lucrurile bune să se întâmple, să se dezvolte și să se materializeze în viața de zi cu zi. Oamenii decid dacă mâine e mai bine decât azi. Deciziile lor, fie că pornesc din inspirație, fie că sunt atent calculate au la bază cunoașterea și experiența. Dacă acestea două sunt vii, conectate la pulsul lumii, atunci și deciziile pe care le nasc sunt bune. Atunci, o întreprindere merge bine și produce un plus de valoare pentru întreaga societate. Proiectul nostru își propune să ajute nu una ci cel puțin 36 de întreprinderi să meargă mai bine, să-și adapteze activitatea către sectoarele economice în care România are potențial competitiv, ajutând oamenii care lucrează în ele. Și ne propunem să oferim cunoaștere și experiență nu unui singur om ci la cel puțin 336 oameni pentru ca, prin aceștia, mediul economic românesc să fie mai bine pregătit la provocările care îl așteaptă în viitor.     The overall objective of the project is to adapt the activity of 36 enterprises and 336 employees from all less developed regions to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI through professional training courses and technical assistance in the elaboration of a strategic long-term planning. Through the 336 members of the target group the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program, which is to increase the number of employees benefiting from the tools, methods, practices etc. of human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS/SNCDI smart specialisation areas. The positive long-term effect will be the adaptation of the companies in the project to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive pontential and the orientation of the companies to these sectors and to the smart specialisation areas identified within SNCDI Human resource is certainly the most valuable resource currently in existence in Romania. People, through their sometimes inspired, sometimes carefully calculated actions, can make good things happen, develop and materialise in everyday life. People decide if tomorrow is better than today. Their decisions, whether inspired or carefully calculated, are based on knowledge and experience. If these two are alive, connected to the pulse of the world, then the decisions they make are good. Then, an enterprise goes well and produces added value for the whole society. Our project aims to help not one but at least 36 enterprises to go better, to adapt their activity to the economic sectors in which Romania has competitive potential, helping the people who work in them. And we aim to offer knowledge and experience not to a single person but to at least 336 people so that, through them, the Romanian economic environment is better prepared for the challenges that await it in the future. Чрез 336-те членове на целевата група проектът ще допринесе за постигането на специфичната цел на програмата, а именно да се увеличи броят на служителите, ползващи се от инструментите, методите, практиките и т.н. на управлението на човешките ресурси и подобрените условия на труд, за да се адаптира дейността към динамиката на икономическите сектори с конкурентен потенциал, идентифицирани в областите на интелигентна специализация на CNS/SNCDI. Положителният дългосрочен ефект ще бъде адаптирането на компаниите в проекта към динамиката на икономическите сектори с конкурентен потенциал и ориентацията на дружествата към тези сектори и към областите на интелигентна специализация, определени в рамките на SNCDI Human Resources със сигурност е най-ценният ресурс, съществуващ понастоящем в Румъния. Хората, чрез своите понякога вдъхновени, понякога внимателно пресметнати действия, могат да накарат хубавите неща да се случват, да се развиват и материализират в ежедневието. Хората решават дали утре е по-добре от днес. Техните решения, независимо дали са вдъхновени или внимателно изчислени, се основават на знания и опит. Ако тези двамата са живи, свързани с пулса на света, тогава решенията, които вземат, са добри. Тогава едно предприятие върви добре и създава добавена стойност за цялото общество. Нашият проект има за цел да помогне на не едно, а най-малко 36 предприятия да се справят по-добре, да адаптират дейността си към икономическите сектори, в които Румъния има конкурентен потенциал, помагайки на хората, които работят в тях.     Hankkeen yleisenä tavoitteena on mukauttaa 36 yrityksen ja 336 työntekijän toiminta kaikilta vähemmän kehittyneiltä alueilta sellaisten talouden alojen dynamiikkaan, joilla on kilpailupotentiaalia ja jotka on määritetty CNS:n ja älykkään erikoistumisen aloilla SNCDI:n mukaisesti ammatillisen koulutuksen ja teknisen avun avulla strategisen pitkän aikavälin suunnittelun laatimisessa. Kohderyhmään kuuluvien 336 jäsenen avulla hanke edistää ohjelman erityistavoitteen saavuttamista, joka on henkilöstöhallinnon työkaluista, menetelmistä, käytännöistä jne. hyötyvien työntekijöiden määrän lisääminen ja työolojen parantaminen, jotta toiminta voidaan mukauttaa sellaisten talouden alojen dynamiikkaan, joilla on kilpailupotentiaalia, jotka on yksilöity CNS/SNCDI:n älykkään erikoistumisen alueilla.     Bendras projekto tikslas – pritaikyti 36 įmonių ir 336 darbuotojų iš visų mažiau išsivysčiusių regionų veiklą prie ekonomikos sektorių, turinčių konkurencinį potencialą, dinamikos, nustatytos pagal CNS ir pažangiosios specializacijos sritis pagal SNCDI, rengiant profesinio mokymo kursus ir techninę pagalbą rengiant strateginį ilgalaikį planavimą. Per 336 tikslinės grupės narius projektas padės pasiekti konkretų programos tikslą, t. y. padidinti darbuotojų, kurie naudojasi žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo priemonėmis, metodais, praktika ir kt., skaičių ir pagerinti darbo sąlygas, kad veikla būtų pritaikyta prie ekonomikos sektorių, turinčių konkurencinį potencialą, dinamikos, nustatytos pagal CNS/SNCDI pažangiosios specializacijos sritis. Teigiamas ilgalaikis poveikis bus projekto įmonių prisitaikymas prie konkurencingo pontentinio ekonomikos sektorių dinamikos ir įmonių orientavimosi į šiuos sektorius, taip pat SNCDI Žmogiškųjų išteklių srityje nustatytos pažangiosios specializacijos sritys yra neabejotinai vertingiausias šiuo metu Rumunijoje egzistuojantis išteklius. Žmonės per savo kartais įkvėptus, kartais kruopščiai apskaičiuotus veiksmus gali padaryti gerus dalykus, vystytis ir materializuotis kasdieniame gyvenime. Žmonės nusprendžia, ar rytoj bus geriau nei šiandien. Jų sprendimai, nesvarbu, ar jie yra įkvėpti, ar kruopščiai apskaičiuoti, yra pagrįsti žiniomis ir patirtimi. Jei šie du yra gyvi, susiję su pasaulio pulsu, tada jų priimami sprendimai yra geri. Tada įmonė veikia gerai ir sukuria pridėtinę vertę visai visuomenei. Mūsų projektu siekiama padėti ne vienai, bet mažiausiai 36 įmonėms geriau dirbti, pritaikyti savo veiklą prie ekonomikos sektorių, kuriuose Rumunija turi konkurencinį potencialą, padėti juose dirbantiems žmonėms. Ir mes siekiame pasiūlyti žinias ir patirtį ne vienam asmeniui, bet ne mažiau kaip 336 žmonėms, kad per juos Rumunijos ekonominė aplinka būtų geriau pasirengusi ateities laukiantiems iššūkiams. Ar 336 mērķgrupas dalībnieku starpniecību projekts veicinās programmas konkrētā mērķa sasniegšanu, proti, palielināt to darbinieku skaitu, kuri gūst labumu no cilvēkresursu vadības instrumentiem, metodēm, prakses u. c., kā arī uzlabotiem darba apstākļiem, lai pielāgotu darbību to ekonomikas nozaru dinamikai, kurām ir konkurētspējas potenciāls, kas noteikts saskaņā ar CNS/SNCDI viedās specializācijas jomām. Cilvēki, izmantojot savu dažkārt iedvesmoto, dažreiz rūpīgi aprēķināto rīcību, var padarīt labas lietas notikt, attīstīties un materializēties ikdienas dzīvē. Cilvēki izlemj, vai rīt būs labāk nekā šodien. Viņu lēmumi, iedvesmoti vai rūpīgi aprēķināti, balstās uz zināšanām un pieredzi. Ja šie divi ir dzīvi, saistīti ar pasaules pulsu, tad viņu pieņemtie lēmumi ir labi. Tad uzņēmums iet labi un rada pievienoto vērtību visai sabiedrībai. Mūsu projekta mērķis ir palīdzēt nevis vienam, bet vismaz 36 uzņēmumiem iet labāk, pielāgot savu darbību ekonomikas nozarēm, kurās Rumānijai ir konkurences potenciāls, palīdzot cilvēkiem, kas tajos strādā. Un mūsu mērķis ir piedāvāt zināšanas un pieredzi nevis vienai personai, bet vismaz 336 cilvēkiem, lai caur viņiem Rumānijas ekonomiskā vide būtu labāk sagatavota izaicinājumiem, kas to sagaida nākotnē.     O objetivo geral do projeto é adaptar a atividade de 36 empresas e 336 trabalhadores de todas as regiões menos desenvolvidas à dinâmica dos setores económicos com potencial competitivo identificados de acordo com a CNS e às áreas de especialização inteligente de acordo com a SNCDI através de cursos de formação profissional e assistência técnica na elaboração de um planeamento estratégico a longo prazo. Através dos 336 membros do grupo-alvo, o projeto contribuirá para a realização do objetivo específico do programa, que consiste em aumentar o número de trabalhadores que beneficiam das ferramentas, métodos, práticas, etc., de gestão dos recursos humanos e de melhores condições de trabalho, a fim de adaptar a atividade à dinâmica dos setores económicos com potencial competitivo identificados de acordo com as áreas de especialização inteligente CNS/SNCDI.     Ο γενικός στόχος του έργου είναι η προσαρμογή της δραστηριότητας 36 επιχειρήσεων και 336 εργαζομένων από όλες τις λιγότερο ανεπτυγμένες περιφέρειες στη δυναμική των οικονομικών τομέων με ανταγωνιστικό δυναμικό που προσδιορίζεται σύμφωνα με το CNS και τους τομείς της έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης σύμφωνα με την SNCDI μέσω μαθημάτων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης και τεχνικής βοήθειας στην εκπόνηση στρατηγικού μακροπρόθεσμου σχεδιασμού. Μέσω των 336 μελών της ομάδας-στόχου το έργο θα συμβάλει στην επίτευξη του ειδικού στόχου του προγράμματος, ο οποίος είναι η αύξηση του αριθμού των εργαζομένων που επωφελούνται από τα εργαλεία, τις μεθόδους, τις πρακτικές κ.λπ. της διαχείρισης του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και τη βελτίωση των συνθηκών εργασίας, προκειμένου να προσαρμοστεί η δραστηριότητα στη δυναμική των οικονομικών τομέων με ανταγωνιστικό δυναμικό που προσδιορίζεται σύμφωνα με τους τομείς έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης CNS/SNCDI. Το θετικό μακροπρόθεσμο αποτέλεσμα θα είναι η προσαρμογή των επιχειρήσεων του έργου στη δυναμική των οικονομικών τομέων με ανταγωνιστικό προσανατολισμό και προσανατολισμό των επιχειρήσεων στους τομείς αυτούς και στους τομείς έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης που προσδιορίζονται στο πλαίσιο της SNCDI Το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό είναι σίγουρα ο πιο πολύτιμος πόρος που υπάρχει σήμερα στη Ρουμανία. Αν αυτοί οι δύο είναι ζωντανοί, συνδεδεμένοι με τον παλμό του κόσμου, τότε οι αποφάσεις που παίρνουν είναι καλές. Στη συνέχεια, μια επιχείρηση πηγαίνει καλά και παράγει προστιθέμενη αξία για ολόκληρη την κοινωνία. Το έργο μας έχει ως στόχο να βοηθήσει όχι μία, αλλά τουλάχιστον 36 επιχειρήσεις να πάνε καλύτερα, να προσαρμόσουν τη δραστηριότητά τους στους οικονομικούς τομείς στους οποίους η Ρουμανία έχει ανταγωνιστικό δυναμικό, βοηθώντας τους ανθρώπους που εργάζονται σε αυτές. Στόχος μας είναι να προσφέρουμε γνώσεις και εμπειρίες όχι σε ένα άτομο, αλλά σε τουλάχιστον 336 άτομα, έτσι ώστε, μέσω αυτών, το ρουμανικό οικονομικό περιβάλλον να είναι καλύτερα προετοιμασμένο για τις προκλήσεις που το περιμένουν στο μέλλον.     De algemene doelstelling van het project is om de activiteit van 36 ondernemingen en 336 werknemers uit alle minder ontwikkelde regio’s aan te passen aan de dynamiek van de economische sectoren met concurrentiepotentieel volgens CNS en gebieden van slimme specialisatie volgens SNCDI door middel van beroepsopleidingen en technische bijstand bij het opstellen van een strategische langetermijnplanning. Via de 336 leden van de doelgroep zal het project bijdragen aan de verwezenlijking van de specifieke doelstelling van het programma, namelijk het verhogen van het aantal werknemers dat profiteert van de instrumenten, methoden, praktijken enz. van human resources management en verbeterde arbeidsomstandigheden om de activiteit aan te passen aan de dynamiek van economische sectoren met concurrentiepotentieel geïdentificeerd volgens CNS/SNCDI slimme specialisatiegebieden. Het positieve langetermijneffect is de aanpassing van de ondernemingen in het project aan de dynamiek van de economische sectoren met een concurrerende potentie en de oriëntatie van de ondernemingen op deze sectoren en aan de binnen SNCDI vastgestelde gebieden voor slimme specialisatie is zeker de meest waardevolle hulpbron die momenteel in Roemenië bestaat. Mensen, door hun soms geïnspireerde, soms zorgvuldig berekende acties, kunnen goede dingen laten gebeuren, ontwikkelen en materialiseren in het dagelijks leven. Mensen beslissen of morgen beter is dan vandaag. Hun beslissingen, geïnspireerd of zorgvuldig berekend, zijn gebaseerd op kennis en ervaring. Als deze twee levend zijn, verbonden met de pols van de wereld, dan zijn de beslissingen die ze nemen goed. Dan gaat een onderneming goed en levert toegevoegde waarde voor de hele samenleving. Ons project is bedoeld om niet één, maar ten minste 36 ondernemingen te helpen beter te gaan, hun activiteiten aan te passen aan de economische sectoren waarin Roemenië concurrerend potentieel heeft, en de mensen die in hen werken te helpen. En we streven ernaar kennis en ervaring niet aan één persoon, maar aan ten minste 336 mensen aan te bieden, zodat het Roemeense economische klimaat via hen beter voorbereid is op de uitdagingen die het in de toekomst te wachten staan.     Celkovým cílem projektu je přizpůsobit činnost 36 podniků a 336 zaměstnanců ze všech méně rozvinutých regionů dynamice hospodářských odvětví s konkurenčním potenciálem určeným podle CNS a oblastí inteligentní specializace podle SNCDI prostřednictvím odborných školení a technické pomoci při vypracování dlouhodobého strategického plánování. Prostřednictvím 336 členů cílové skupiny projekt přispěje k dosažení specifického cíle programu, kterým je zvýšit počet zaměstnanců využívajících nástroje, metody, postupy atd. řízení lidských zdrojů a zlepšení pracovních podmínek s cílem přizpůsobit činnost dynamice hospodářských odvětví s konkurenčním potenciálem identifikovaným podle oblastí inteligentní specializace CNS/SNCDI. Pozitivním dlouhodobým dopadem bude přizpůsobení společností v projektu dynamice hospodářských odvětví s konkurenčním pontential a orientace společností na tato odvětví a na oblasti inteligentní specializace identifikované v rámci SNCDI Lidské zdroje je jistě nejcennějším zdrojem, který v současné době existuje v Rumunsku. Lidé díky svým občas inspirovaným, někdy pečlivě vypočítaným akcím mohou dělat dobré věci, rozvíjet se a zhmotňovat se v každodenním životě. Lidé se rozhodují, zda je zítřek lepší než dnes. Jejich rozhodnutí, ať už inspirovaná nebo pečlivě vypočítaná, jsou založena na znalostech a zkušenostech. Pokud jsou tito dva živí, spojeni s pulsem světa, pak jsou rozhodnutí, která činí, dobrá. Pak podnik jde dobře a vytváří přidanou hodnotu pro celou společnost. Cílem našeho projektu je pomoci ne jednomu, ale nejméně 36 podnikům, aby se zlepšily, přizpůsobit svou činnost hospodářským odvětvím, v nichž má Rumunsko konkurenční potenciál, a pomoci tak lidem, kteří v nich pracují. A naším cílem je nabídnout znalosti a zkušenosti nikoli jediné osobě, ale nejméně 336 lidem, aby bylo rumunské ekonomické prostředí lépe připraveno na výzvy, které na něj v budoucnu čekají.     L'obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di adattare l'attività di 36 imprese e 336 dipendenti di tutte le regioni meno sviluppate alle dinamiche dei settori economici con potenziale competitivo individuato secondo il sistema CNS e aree di specializzazione intelligente secondo SNCDI attraverso corsi di formazione professionale e assistenza tecnica nell'elaborazione di una pianificazione strategica a lungo termine. Attraverso i 336 membri del gruppo target il progetto contribuirà al raggiungimento dell'obiettivo specifico del programma, che è quello di aumentare il numero di dipendenti che beneficiano degli strumenti, metodi, pratiche ecc. della gestione delle risorse umane e del miglioramento delle condizioni di lavoro al fine di adattare l'attività alle dinamiche dei settori economici con potenziale competitivo identificato secondo le aree di specializzazione intelligente CNS/SNCDI. L'effetto positivo a lungo termine sarà l'adattamento delle aziende nel progetto alle dinamiche dei settori economici con un pontenziale competitivo e l'orientamento delle aziende a questi settori e alle aree di specializzazione intelligente individuate all'interno della risorsa umana SNCDI è certamente la risorsa più preziosa attualmente esistente in Romania. Le persone, attraverso le loro azioni talvolta ispirate, a volte attentamente calcolate, possono far accadere cose buone, svilupparsi e materializzarsi nella vita di tutti i giorni. La gente decide se domani è meglio di oggi. Le loro decisioni, ispirate o attentamente calcolate, si basano sulla conoscenza e sull'esperienza. Se questi due sono vivi, collegati al polso del mondo, allora le decisioni che prendono sono buone. Poi, un'impresa va bene e produce valore aggiunto per l'intera società. Il nostro progetto mira ad aiutare non una ma almeno 36 imprese ad andare meglio, ad adattare la loro attività ai settori economici in cui la Romania ha un potenziale competitivo, aiutando le persone che vi lavorano. E miriamo a offrire conoscenze ed esperienze non a una sola persona ma ad almeno 336 persone in modo che, attraverso di loro, l'ambiente economico rumeno sia meglio preparato alle sfide che lo attendono in futuro.     A projekt átfogó célja, hogy a kevésbé fejlett régiók 36 vállalkozásának és 336 alkalmazottjának tevékenységét hozzáigazítsa a versenyképességi potenciállal rendelkező gazdasági ágazatok dinamikájához, amelyet az SNCDI szerint a központi idegrendszer és az intelligens szakosodás területei szerint azonosítottak, szakmai képzések és technikai segítségnyújtás révén a stratégiai hosszú távú tervezés kidolgozásához. A célcsoport 336 tagján keresztül a projekt hozzájárul a program egyedi céljának eléréséhez, azaz a humánerőforrás-menedzsment eszközeiből, módszereiből, gyakorlataiból stb. részesülő munkavállalók számának növeléséhez és a munkakörülmények javításához annak érdekében, hogy a tevékenységet a CNS/SNCDI intelligens szakosodási területek szerint azonosított, versenyképes potenciállal rendelkező gazdasági ágazatok dinamikájához igazítsák. A pozitív hosszú távú hatás az lesz, hogy a projektben részt vevő vállalatok alkalmazkodnak a versenyképes potenciállal rendelkező gazdasági ágazatok dinamikájához, és a vállalatok ezen ágazatokhoz és az SNCDI-n belül azonosított intelligens szakosodási területekhez való igazodása minden bizonnyal a Romániában jelenleg létező legértékesebb erőforrás. Az emberek néha ihletett, néha gondosan kiszámított cselekedeteik révén a mindennapi életben jó dolgokat tudnak megvalósítani, fejlődni és megvalósulni. Az emberek eldöntik, hogy a holnap jobb-e, mint ma. Döntéseik, függetlenül attól, hogy ihletettek vagy gondosan kiszámítottak, tudáson és tapasztalaton alapulnak. Ha ez a kettő életben van, és a világ impulzusához kapcsolódik, akkor a döntéseik jók. Aztán egy vállalkozás jól megy, és hozzáadott értéket teremt az egész társadalom számára. Projektünk célja, hogy ne egy, hanem legalább 36 vállalkozást segítsünk abban, hogy jobbá váljanak, tevékenységüket azokhoz a gazdasági ágazatokhoz igazítsák, amelyekben Románia versenyképes potenciállal rendelkezik, segítve az ott dolgozókat. Célunk, hogy tudást és tapasztalatot ne egyetlen személynek, hanem legalább 336 embernek ajánljunk fel, hogy rajtuk keresztül a román gazdasági környezet jobban felkészüljön azokra a kihívásokra, amelyek a jövőben várnak rá.
