Property / summary: The overall objective of the project is to increase the employment of tertiary and non-university graduates, with a focus on the economic sectors with competitive potential and the fields of smart specialisation, as a result of the access of 341 students from the implementation regions of the project to a package of entrepreneurial formative activities. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the programme and call by providing an entrepreneurial training programme and developing the relevant knowledge and skills for a number of 341 people, in order to set up and start up 13 enterprises and create at least 65 jobs. By organising and running professional training services, internships, personalised counseling/consultance/mentorate services, the aim is to reduce the time period from graduation to employment of graduates, as well as the development of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI. The objective of the project contributes directly to the major POCU objective, supporting the development of human resources by acquiring professional skills and lifelong learning, by facilitating the transition of 341 students from school to active life. Thus, it aims to reduce poverty and social exclusion by qualifying the workforce and facilitating its access to a competitive labour market. Human resource development is one of the fundamental elements of increasing access to affordable, sustainable and high-quality services, being the pillar of social inclusion and the fight against poverty. The project will produce positive long-term effects by contributing to the sustainable development of the implementation regions, by setting up and developing 13 enterprises and creating at least 65 jobs. Through all these measures, the project aims to increase the employment rate of graduates in line with the needs of the labor market, as well as to raise their awareness of the entrepreneurial culture and facilitate the insertion into the labor market of graduates.     Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea gradului de ocupare a absolventilor de invatamant tertiar universitar si non universitar, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv si domeniile de specializare inteligenta, ca urmare a accesului a 341 de studenti din regiunile de implementare ale proiectului la un pachet de activitati formative antreprenoriale. Proiectul va contribui la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului prin furnizarea unui program de formare antreprenoriala si dezvoltarea cunostintelor si competentelor relevante pentru un numar de 341 de persoane, in scopul infiintarii si demararii a 13 intreprinderi si a crearii de minim 65 de locuri de munca. Prin organizarea si derularea de servicii de formare profesionala, stagii de practica, servicii personalizate de consiliere/consultanta/mentorat, se urmareste atat reducerea perioadei de timp de la absolvirea studiilor superioare pana la ocuparea pe piata muncii a absolventilor, cat si dezvoltarea sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Obiectivul proiectului contribuie direct la obiectivul major POCU, sustinand dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin dobandirea de competente profesionale si invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii, prin facilitarea tranzitiei a 341 de studenti de la scoala la viata activa. Astfel, se urmareste reducerea saraciei si excluziunii sociale prin calificarea fortei de munca si facilitarea accesului acesteia pe o piata a muncii competitiva. Dezvoltarea resurselor umane reprezinta unul dintre elementele fundamentale ale cresterii accesului la servicii accesibile, durabile si de inalta calitate, fiind pilonul incluziunii sociale si al combaterii saraciei. Proiectul va produce efecte pozitive pe termen lung prin contribuirea la dezvoltarea durabila a regiunilor de implementare, prin infiintarea si dezvoltarea a 13 intreprinderi si crearea a minim 65 de locuri de munca. Prin toate aceste masuri, proiectul urmareste cresterea ratei de ocupare a absolventilor in corelare cu nevoile pietei muncii, precum si constientizarea acestora cu privire la cultura antreprenoriala si facilitarea insertiei pe piata muncii a absolventilor.     The overall objective of the project is to increase the employment of tertiary and non-university graduates, with a focus on the economic sectors with competitive potential and the fields of smart specialisation, as a result of the access of 341 students from the implementation regions of the project to a package of entrepreneurial formative activities. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the programme and call by providing an entrepreneurial training programme and developing the relevant knowledge and skills for a number of 341 people, in order to set up and start up 13 enterprises and create at least 65 jobs. By organising and running professional training services, internships, personalised counseling/consultance/mentorate services, the aim is to reduce the time period from graduation to employment of graduates, as well as the development of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI. The objective of the project contributes directly to the major POCU objective, supporting the development of human resources by acquiring professional skills and lifelong learning, by facilitating the transition of 341 students from school to active life. Thus, it aims to reduce poverty and social exclusion by qualifying the workforce and facilitating its access to a competitive labour market. Human resource development is one of the fundamental elements of increasing access to affordable, sustainable and high-quality services, being the pillar of social inclusion and the fight against poverty. The project will produce positive long-term effects by contributing to the sustainable development of the implementation regions, by setting up and developing 13 enterprises and creating at least 65 jobs.     A projekt általános célja a felsőfokú és nem egyetemi végzettséggel rendelkezők foglalkoztatásának növelése, különös tekintettel a versenyképességi potenciállal rendelkező gazdasági ágazatokra és az intelligens szakosodásra, mivel a projekt végrehajtási régióiból 341 diák fér hozzá egy vállalkozásformatív tevékenységcsomaghoz. A projekt hozzá fog járulni a program és a pályázati felhívás egyedi célkitűzésének megvalósításához azáltal, hogy vállalkozói képzési programot biztosít, és több mint 341 ember számára fejleszti a szükséges ismereteket és készségeket 13 vállalkozás alapítása és elindítása, valamint legalább 65 munkahely létrehozása érdekében. Szakmai képzési szolgáltatások, szakmai gyakorlatok, személyre szabott tanácsadás/tanácsadás/mentorációs szolgáltatások szervezésével és működtetésével a cél az érettségitől a diplomások foglalkoztatásáig tartó időszak csökkentése, valamint a versenyképességi potenciállal rendelkező gazdasági ágazatok fejlesztése a központi idegrendszer és az intelligens szakosodási területek szerint az SNCDI szerint. A projekt célja közvetlenül hozzájárul a POCU fő célkitűzéséhez, támogatja az emberi erőforrások fejlesztését a szakmai készségek elsajátításával és az egész életen át tartó tanulással, megkönnyítve 341 diák iskolából az aktív életbe való átmenetét. Célja tehát a szegénység és a társadalmi kirekesztés csökkentése a munkaerő besorolásával és a versenyképes munkaerőpiachoz való hozzáférésének megkönnyítésével. A humánerőforrás-fejlesztés a megfizethető, fenntartható és magas színvonalú szolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférés javításának egyik alapvető eleme, amely a társadalmi befogadás és a szegénység elleni küzdelem pillére. A projekt hosszú távú pozitív hatást fejt ki azáltal, hogy hozzájárul a végrehajtó régiók fenntartható fejlődéséhez, 13 vállalkozás alapításával és fejlesztésével, valamint legalább 65 munkahely létrehozásával. Mindezeken az intézkedéseken keresztül a projekt célja a diplomások foglalkoztatási rátájának növelése a munkaerőpiac igényeivel összhangban, valamint a vállalkozói kultúra tudatosítása és a diplomások munkaerő-piaci beilleszkedésének megkönnyítése.     Splošni cilj projekta je povečati zaposlovanje diplomantov terciarnih in neuniverzitetnih diplomantov, s poudarkom na gospodarskih sektorjih s konkurenčnim potencialom in področjih pametne specializacije, kar je posledica dostopa 341 študentov iz izvajalskih regij projekta do svežnja podjetniških formativnih dejavnosti. Projekt bo prispeval k doseganju specifičnega cilja programa in razpisal z zagotavljanjem programa podjetniškega usposabljanja in razvojem ustreznega znanja in spretnosti za več 341 ljudi, da bi ustanovili in ustanovili 13 podjetij ter ustvarili vsaj 65 delovnih mest. Projekt bo imel pozitivne dolgoročne učinke s prispevanjem k trajnostnemu razvoju izvajalskih regij, ustanovitvijo in razvojem 13 podjetij ter ustvarjanjem vsaj 65 delovnih mest. Z vsemi temi ukrepi je cilj projekta povečati stopnjo zaposlenosti diplomantov v skladu s potrebami trga dela, povečati njihovo ozaveščenost o podjetniški kulturi in olajšati vključevanje diplomantov na trg dela.     L'obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di aumentare l'occupazione di laureati terziari e non universitari, con particolare attenzione ai settori economici con potenziale competitivo e ai settori di specializzazione intelligente, a seguito dell'accesso di 341 studenti provenienti dalle regioni di attuazione del progetto a un pacchetto di attività formative imprenditoriali. Il progetto contribuirà al conseguimento dell'obiettivo specifico del programma e dell'invito fornendo un programma di formazione imprenditoriale e sviluppando le conoscenze e le competenze pertinenti per un numero di 341 persone, al fine di creare e avviare 13 imprese e creare almeno 65 posti di lavoro. Attraverso l'organizzazione e la gestione di servizi di formazione professionale, stage, servizi di consulenza/consulenza/mentorate personalizzati, l'obiettivo è quello di ridurre il periodo di tempo dalla laurea all'occupazione dei laureati, nonché lo sviluppo di settori economici con potenziale competitivo individuato secondo CNS e aree di specializzazione intelligente secondo SNCDI.     Bendras projekto tikslas – padidinti tretinio ir neuniversitetinio mokslo absolventų užimtumą, daugiausia dėmesio skiriant konkurencinį potencialą turintiems ekonomikos sektoriams ir pažangiosios specializacijos sritims, nes 341 studentas iš projekto įgyvendinimo regionų gali naudotis verslumo ugdymo veiklos paketu. Projektas padės pasiekti konkretų programos tikslą ir kvietimą teikti paraiškas, parengdamas verslumo mokymo programą ir ugdydamas reikiamas žinias ir įgūdžius 341 asmeniui, kad būtų galima įsteigti ir įsteigti 13 įmonių bei sukurti bent 65 darbo vietas. Projekt přispěje k dosažení specifického cíle programu a výzvy tím, že poskytne program odborné přípravy pro podnikání a rozvíjí příslušné znalosti a dovednosti pro řadu 341 osob s cílem založit a založit 13 podniků a vytvořit nejméně 65 pracovních míst. Organizováním a provozováním služeb odborné přípravy, stáží, personalizovaných poradenských/konzultačních/mentorátových služeb je cílem zkrátit dobu od ukončení studia až po zaměstnání absolventů, jakož i rozvoj hospodářských odvětví s konkurenčním potenciálem identifikovaným podle CNS a oblastí inteligentní specializace podle SNCDI. Cíl projektu přímo přispívá k hlavnímu cíli POCU, který podporuje rozvoj lidských zdrojů získáváním odborných dovedností a celoživotního učení tím, že usnadňuje přechod 341 studentů ze školy do aktivního života. Jeho cílem je tedy snížit chudobu a sociální vyloučení tím, že se kvalifikuje pracovní síla a usnadní její přístup na konkurenceschopný trh práce. Organizējot un īstenojot profesionālās apmācības pakalpojumus, stažēšanos, personalizētus konsultāciju/konsultāciju/mentorāta pakalpojumus, mērķis ir saīsināt laiku no absolventu absolvēšanas līdz nodarbinātībai, kā arī attīstīt ekonomikas nozares ar konkurētspējas potenciālu, kas apzinātas saskaņā ar CNS, un pārdomātas specializācijas jomas saskaņā ar SNCDI. Cilvēkresursu attīstība ir viens no pamatelementiem, lai palielinātu piekļuvi cenas ziņā pieejamiem, ilgtspējīgiem un kvalitatīviem pakalpojumiem, kas ir sociālās iekļaušanas un nabadzības apkarošanas pīlārs. Projektom će se doprinijeti postizanju specifičnog cilja programa i poziva na podnošenje prijedloga osiguravanjem programa poduzetničkog osposobljavanja i razvojem relevantnih znanja i vještina za više od 341 osobe kako bi se osnovalo i pokrenulo 13 poduzeća i otvorilo najmanje 65 radnih mjesta. Organiziranjem i vođenjem usluga stručnog usavršavanja, stažiranja, personaliziranog savjetovanja/savjetovanja/mentorata, cilj je skratiti vremensko razdoblje od diplome do zapošljavanja diplomanata, kao i razvoj gospodarskih sektora s konkurentnim potencijalom identificiranim prema CNS-u i područjima pametne specijalizacije prema SNCDI-ju. Le projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique du programme et de l’appel en proposant un programme de formation à l’entrepreneuriat et en développant les connaissances et les compétences pertinentes pour un certain nombre de 341 personnes, afin de créer et de créer 13 entreprises et de créer au moins 65 emplois. En organisant et en gérant des services de formation professionnelle, des stages, des services de conseil/conseil/mentorat personnalisés, l’objectif est de réduire la période allant de l’obtention du diplôme à l’emploi des diplômés, ainsi que le développement de secteurs économiques à potentiel concurrentiel identifiés selon CNS et des domaines de spécialisation intelligente selon SNCDI. L’objectif du projet contribue directement à l’objectif majeur du POCU, en soutenant le développement des ressources humaines par l’acquisition de compétences professionnelles et l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie, en facilitant la transition de 341 élèves de l’école à la vie active. Ainsi, il vise à réduire la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale en qualifiant la main-d’œuvre et en facilitant son accès à un marché du travail compétitif. Le développement des ressources humaines est l’un des éléments fondamentaux de l’amélioration de l’accès à des services abordables, durables et de qualité, étant le pilier de l’inclusion sociale et de la lutte contre la pauvreté. Le projet aura des effets positifs à long terme en contribuant au développement durable des régions de mise en œuvre, en créant et en développant 13 entreprises et en créant au moins 65 emplois.     Ο γενικός στόχος του έργου είναι η αύξηση της απασχόλησης των αποφοίτων τριτοβάθμιας και μη τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, με έμφαση στους οικονομικούς τομείς με ανταγωνιστικό δυναμικό και τους τομείς της έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης, ως αποτέλεσμα της πρόσβασης 341 φοιτητών από τις περιφέρειες υλοποίησης του έργου σε ένα πακέτο επιχειρηματικών διαμορφωτικών δραστηριοτήτων. Το έργο θα συμβάλει στην επίτευξη του ειδικού στόχου του προγράμματος και θα προσκληθεί με την παροχή ενός προγράμματος επιχειρηματικής κατάρτισης και την ανάπτυξη των σχετικών γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων για έναν αριθμό 341 ατόμων, προκειμένου να δημιουργηθούν και να ξεκινήσουν 13 επιχειρήσεις και να δημιουργηθούν τουλάχιστον 65 θέσεις εργασίας. Ο στόχος του έργου συμβάλλει άμεσα στον κύριο στόχο του POCU, υποστηρίζοντας την ανάπτυξη του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού με την απόκτηση επαγγελματικών δεξιοτήτων και δια βίου μάθησης, διευκολύνοντας τη μετάβαση 341 μαθητών από το σχολείο στην ενεργό ζωή.     De algemene doelstelling van het project is het verhogen van de werkgelegenheid van tertiaire en niet-universitaire afgestudeerden, met een focus op de economische sectoren met concurrentiepotentieel en de gebieden van slimme specialisatie, als gevolg van de toegang van 341 studenten uit de uitvoeringsregio’s van het project tot een pakket van ondernemende vormende activiteiten. Het project zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de specifieke doelstelling van het programma en de oproep door middel van een opleidingsprogramma voor ondernemers en de ontwikkeling van de relevante kennis en vaardigheden voor een aantal 341 personen, teneinde 13 ondernemingen op te richten en op te richten en ten minste 65 banen te creëren. Het project zal positieve langetermijneffecten hebben door bij te dragen aan de duurzame ontwikkeling van de uitvoeringsregio’s, door 13 ondernemingen op te richten en te ontwikkelen en ten minste 65 banen te scheppen.
