| Property / summary: The overall objective of the project is to encourage entrepreneurship and student employment by supporting the establishment of enterprises that activate economic sectors with competitive potential. The overall objective of the project is in line with thematic Objective 10: Investing in education, training and vocational training for skills and lifelong learning, with Investment Priority 10.iv “Increasing the labour market relevance of education and training systems, facilitating the transition from education to the labour market and strengthening training and training systems and their quality, including through skills anticipation mechanisms, adaptation of curricula and the establishment and development of work-based learning systems, including dual learning systems and apprenticeships” and Specific Objective 6.13. “Increasing the number of tertiary university and non-university graduates who find employment as a result of access to learning activities to a potential job/research/innovation, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI”. The project will be a prerequisite for countering the negative effects of structural adjustments generated by the economic and health crisis by generating economic and social alternatives and by improving the economic status of students who want to start a business on their own in areas with competitive potential. Thus, it will increase the employment of higher education graduates in fields of activity identified as being of the future in order to develop a competitive knowledge-based economy, thus reducing the period of time from completion of higher education to employment of graduates. In the long term, the benefits generated by the project aim to provide a decent living for the 350 members of the target group, by presenting entrepreneurship as an alternative in career and by providing vocational training programs in the field of entrepreneurial skills. The implementation of the project will lead to the support of 26 newly established companies (through the de minimis scheme) and to the creation of at least 65 jobs in areas with competitive potential — these will have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystem as well as on the living standards of the population. Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta încurajarea antreprenoriatului si a ocuparii in randul studentilor prin sustinerea înfiintarii de întreprinderi care activeaza sectoare economice cu potential competitiv. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in linie cu Obiectivul tematic 10: Efectuarea de investiții în domeniul educației, al formării și al formării profesionale în vederea dobândirii de competențe și a învățării pe tot parcursul vieții, cu Prioritatea de investitii 10.iv “Sporirea relevanţei pe piaţa forţelor de muncă a educaţiei şi a sistemelor de formare, facilitarea tranziţiei de la educaţie la piaţa forţelor de muncă şi consolidarea formării şi a sistemelor de formare profesională, precum şi a calităţii lor, inclusiv prin mecanisme de anticipare a competenţelor, adaptarea programelor de învăţământ şi instituirea şi dezvoltarea unor sisteme de învăţare la locul de muncă, inclusiv a unor sisteme de învăţare duală şi programe de ucenicie” si cu Obiectivul specific 6.13. “Creșterea numărului absolvenților de învățământ terțiar universitar și non universitar care își găsesc un loc de muncă urmare a accesului la activități de învățare la un potențial loc de muncă / cercetare/ inovare, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC şi domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI”. Proiectul va constitui o premisa pentru contracararea efectelor negative ale ajustarilor structurale generate de criza economico-sanitara prin generarea de alternative economice si sociale si prin imbunatatirea statutului economic al studentilor care vor sa initieze o afacere pe cont propriu in domenii cu potential competitiv. Astfel, va creste gradul de ocupare al absolvenților de învățământ superior în domenii de activitate identificate ca fiind de viitor în vederea dezvoltării unei economii competitive bazată pe cunoaștere, reducandu-se astfel si perioada de timp de la absolvirea studiilor superioare până la ocuparea pe piața muncii a absolvenților. Pe termen lung, beneficiile generate de proiect vizeaza oferirea unui trai decent pentru cei 350 de membri ai grupului tinta, prin prezentarea antreprenoriatului ca si alternativa in cariera si prin furnizarea programelor de formare profesionala in domeniul competentelor antreprenoriale. Implementarea proiectului va conduce la sustinerea a 26 de firme nou infiintate (prin intermediul schemei de minimis) si la crearea a cel putin 65 de locuri de munca in domenii cu potential competitiv - acestea vor avea un impact pozitiv asupra ecosistemului antreprenorial precum si asupra nivelului de trai al populatiei. Aceste beneficii se vor rasfrange asupra comunitatii din care intreprinzatorii fac parte, creandu-se astfel un efect multiplicator. Totodata, statul beneficiaza in mod indirect de implementarea proiectului, avand in vedere reducerea ratei somajului si cresterea economica generata de noile intreprinderi infiintate. Det övergripande målet med projektet är att uppmuntra entreprenörskap och studentsysselsättning genom att stödja etablering av företag som aktiverar ekonomiska sektorer med konkurrenspotential. Projektets övergripande mål ligger i linje med det tematiska mål 10: Investeringar i utbildning och yrkesutbildning för kompetens och livslångt lärande, med investeringsprioritering 10.iv ”Att öka utbildningssystemens relevans för arbetsmarknaden, underlätta övergången från utbildning till arbetsmarknaden och stärka utbildningssystemen och deras kvalitet, bland annat genom mekanismer för kompetensförväntning, anpassning av läroplaner och inrättande och utveckling av system för lärande på arbetsplatsen, inbegripet system med varvad utbildning och lärlingsutbildning” och särskilt mål 6.13. ”Öka antalet högskolestuderande och icke-universitetsutexaminerade som får anställning till följd av tillgång till lärandeverksamhet till ett potentiellt jobb/forskning/innovation, med fokus på ekonomiska sektorer med konkurrenspotential som identifierats enligt CNS och områden med smart specialisering enligt SNCDI”. Projektet kommer att vara en förutsättning för att motverka de negativa effekterna av strukturella anpassningar som orsakas av den ekonomiska och hälsokrisen genom att generera ekonomiska och sociala alternativ och genom att förbättra den ekonomiska statusen för studenter som vill starta eget i områden med konkurrenspotential. Det kommer således att öka sysselsättningen för högskoleutbildade inom verksamhetsområden som identifierats som framtida för att utveckla en konkurrenskraftig kunskapsbaserad ekonomi och därmed minska tiden från avslutad högre utbildning till anställning av utexaminerade. På lång sikt syftar de fördelar som genereras av projektet till att ge ett anständigt boende för de 350 medlemmarna i målgruppen, genom att presentera entreprenörskap som ett alternativ i karriären och genom att tillhandahålla yrkesutbildningsprogram inom entreprenörskompetens. Genomförandet av projektet kommer att leda till stöd till 26 nystartade företag (genom systemet för stöd av mindre betydelse) och till skapandet av minst 65 arbetstillfällen i områden med konkurrenspotential – dessa kommer att ha en positiv inverkan på företagsekosystemet och befolkningens levnadsstandard. Dessa fördelar kommer att spridas till det samhälle som företagare tillhör, vilket skapar en multiplikatoreffekt. Projekta vispārējais mērķis ir veicināt uzņēmējdarbību un studentu nodarbinātību, atbalstot tādu uzņēmumu izveidi, kas aktivizē ekonomikas nozares ar konkurētspējas potenciālu. Tādējādi tas palielinās augstākās izglītības absolventu nodarbinātību darbības jomās, kas atzītas par nākotnes jomām, lai attīstītu konkurētspējīgu, uz zināšanām balstītu ekonomiku, tādējādi samazinot laiku no augstākās izglītības pabeigšanas līdz absolventu nodarbinātībai. Ilgtermiņā projekta radīto ieguvumu mērķis ir nodrošināt pienācīgus dzīves apstākļus 350 mērķgrupas locekļiem, piedāvājot uzņēmējdarbības iespējas kā alternatīvu karjerai un nodrošinot profesionālās apmācības programmas uzņēmējdarbības prasmju jomā. Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā tiks atbalstīti 26 jaunizveidoti uzņēmumi (izmantojot de minimis shēmu) un tiks radītas vismaz 65 darbvietas apgabalos ar konkurētspējas potenciālu — tie pozitīvi ietekmēs uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmu, kā arī iedzīvotāju dzīves līmeni. Bendras projekto tikslas atitinka 10 teminį tikslą: Investicijos į švietimą, mokymą ir profesinį mokymą įgūdžių ugdymui ir mokymuisi visą gyvenimą, 10.iv investicijų prioritetas „Švietimo ir mokymo sistemų atitikties darbo rinkai didinimas, perėjimo iš švietimo sistemos į darbo rinką palengvinimas ir mokymo bei mokymo sistemų bei jų kokybės stiprinimas, be kita ko, pasitelkiant įgūdžių numatymo mechanizmus, mokymo programų pritaikymą ir mokymosi darbo vietoje sistemų, įskaitant dualines mokymosi sistemas ir pameistrystę, kūrimą ir plėtojimą“, ir 6.13 konkretus tikslas. „Didinti tretinio ir neuniversitetinių universitetų absolventų, kurie įsidarbina dėl mokymosi veiklos galimybių įsidarbinti, skaičių, sutelkiant dėmesį į ekonomikos sektorius, turinčius konkurencinį potencialą, nustatytus pagal CNS, ir pažangiosios specializacijos sritis pagal SNCDI“. Ilgalaikėje perspektyvoje projekto teikiama nauda siekiama užtikrinti deramą gyvenimą 350 tikslinės grupės narių, pateikiant verslumą kaip alternatyvą karjerai ir rengiant profesinio mokymo programas verslumo įgūdžių srityje. Įgyvendinus projektą bus remiamos 26 naujai įsteigtos įmonės (pagal de minimis schemą) ir bus sukurta ne mažiau kaip 65 darbo vietų konkurencinį potencialą turinčiose srityse – tai turės teigiamą poveikį verslo ekosistemai ir gyventojų gyvenimo lygiui. The overall objective of the project is to encourage entrepreneurship and student employment by supporting the establishment of enterprises that activate economic sectors with competitive potential. Splošni cilj projekta je spodbujanje podjetništva in zaposlovanja študentov s podpiranjem ustanavljanja podjetij, ki aktivirajo gospodarske sektorje s konkurenčnim potencialom. Tako se bo povečalo zaposlovanje visokošolskih diplomantov na področjih dejavnosti, ki so opredeljena kot prihodnja, da bi razvili konkurenčno gospodarstvo, ki temelji na znanju, s čimer se bo skrajšalo obdobje od dokončanja visokošolskega izobraževanja do zaposlovanja diplomantov. El objetivo general del proyecto es fomentar el espíritu empresarial y el empleo estudiantil mediante el apoyo a la creación de empresas que activen sectores económicos con potencial competitivo. Projektets overordnede mål er at fremme iværksætteri og studerendes beskæftigelse ved at støtte etableringen af virksomheder, der aktiverer økonomiske sektorer med et konkurrencedygtigt potentiale. Projektets overordnede mål er i overensstemmelse med det tematiske mål 10: Investering i uddannelse og erhvervsuddannelse med henblik på færdigheder og livslang læring med investeringsprioritet 10.iv "Forbedring af uddannelses- og erhvervsuddannelsessystemernes relevans på arbejdsmarkedet, lette overgangen fra uddannelse til arbejdsmarkedet og styrke erhvervsuddannelsessystemerne og deres kvalitet, herunder gennem mekanismer til foregribelse af færdigheder, tilpasning af læseplaner og etablering og udvikling af arbejdsbaserede læringssystemer, herunder vekseluddannelsessystemer og lærlingeuddannelser" og specifikt mål 6.13. Hankkeen yleisenä tavoitteena on edistää yrittäjyyttä ja opiskelijoiden työllistymistä tukemalla sellaisten yritysten perustamista, jotka aktivoivat kilpailukykyisiä talouden aloja. Hankkeen kokonaistavoite on temaattisen tavoitteen 10 mukainen: Investoiminen koulutukseen ja ammatilliseen koulutukseen taitojen ja elinikäisen oppimisen edistämiseksi, investointiprioriteetti 10.iv ”Koulutusjärjestelmien työmarkkinarelevanssin lisääminen, siirtymisen helpottaminen koulutuksesta työmarkkinoille sekä koulutusjärjestelmien ja niiden laadun vahvistaminen muun muassa osaamisen ennakointimekanismien avulla, opetussuunnitelmien mukauttaminen sekä työssäoppimisjärjestelmien, myös kaksiosaisten oppimisjärjestelmien ja oppisopimuskoulutuksen, perustaminen ja kehittäminen” ja erityistavoite 6.13. ”Lisätään niiden korkea-asteen ja korkeakoulututkinnon suorittaneiden määrää, jotka löytävät työtä mahdolliseen työpaikkaan/tutkimukseen/innovointiin pääsystä oppimistoimintaan, keskittyen sellaisiin talouden aloihin, joilla on kilpailupotentiaalia, jotka on yksilöity CNS:n ja älykkään erikoistumisen aloilla SNCDI:n mukaan”. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts ist es, Unternehmertum und Studentenbeschäftigung zu fördern, indem die Gründung von Unternehmen unterstützt wird, die Wirtschaftszweige mit Wettbewerbspotenzial aktivieren. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts steht im Einklang mit dem thematischen Ziel 10: Investitionen in die allgemeine und berufliche Bildung für Kompetenzen und lebenslanges Lernen mit Investitionspriorität 10.iv „Verbesserung der Arbeitsmarktrelevanz der Systeme der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung, Erleichterung des Übergangs von der Bildung zum Arbeitsmarkt und Stärkung der Aus- und Weiterbildungssysteme und ihrer Qualität, unter anderem durch Mechanismen zur Vorerkennung von Kompetenzen, Anpassung von Lehrplänen und Einrichtung und Entwicklung arbeitsbasierter Lernsysteme, einschließlich dualer Lernsysteme und Lehrlingsausbildung“ und spezifisches Ziel 6.13. Erhöhung der Zahl der Hochschulabsolventen und außeruniversitären Hochschulabsolventen, die aufgrund des Zugangs zu Lernaktivitäten zu einem potenziellen Arbeitsplatz/Forschung/Innovation eine Beschäftigung finden, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Wirtschaftszweigen mit Wettbewerbspotenzial gemäß CNS und Bereichen der intelligenten Spezialisierung gemäß SNCDI liegt. Das Projekt wird eine Voraussetzung sein, um den negativen Auswirkungen von Strukturanpassungen, die durch die Wirtschafts- und Gesundheitskrise entstehen, durch die Generierung wirtschaftlicher und sozialer Alternativen und durch die Verbesserung des wirtschaftlichen Status von Studierenden, die ein eigenes Unternehmen in Bereichen mit Wettbewerbspotenzial gründen wollen, entgegenzuwirken. Langfristig zielen die durch das Projekt erzielten Vorteile darauf ab, den 350 Mitgliedern der Zielgruppe ein menschenwürdiges Leben zu bieten, indem Unternehmertum als Alternative in der Karriere präsentiert und Berufsausbildungsprogramme im Bereich unternehmerischer Fähigkeiten angeboten werden. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird zur Unterstützung von 26 neu gegründeten Unternehmen (durch das De-minimis-System) und zur Schaffung von mindestens 65 Arbeitsplätzen in Gebieten mit Wettbewerbspotenzial führen, die sich positiv auf das unternehmerische Ökosystem und den Lebensstandard der Bevölkerung auswirken werden. Opći cilj projekta je poticanje poduzetništva i zapošljavanja studenata podupiranjem osnivanja poduzeća koja aktiviraju gospodarske sektore s konkurentnim potencijalom. Opći cilj projekta u skladu je s tematskim ciljem br. 10: Ulaganje u obrazovanje, osposobljavanje i strukovno osposobljavanje za vještine i cjeloživotno učenje, s prioritetom ulaganja 10.iv. „Povećanje relevantnosti sustava obrazovanja i osposobljavanja za tržište rada, olakšavanje prijelaza iz obrazovanja na tržište rada te jačanje sustava osposobljavanja i osposobljavanja i njihove kvalitete, među ostalim mehanizmima predviđanja vještina, prilagodbom kurikuluma te uspostavom i razvojem sustava učenja kroz rad, uključujući dvojne sustave učenja i naukovanja” i posebni cilj 6.13. „Povećanje broja osoba sa završenim tercijarnim i nesveučilišnim obrazovanjem koje pronalaze posao kao rezultat pristupa obrazovnim aktivnostima potencijalnom radnom mjestu/istraživanju/inovacijama, s naglaskom na gospodarske sektore s konkurentnim potencijalom utvrđenim prema CNS-u i područjima pametne specijalizacije prema SNCDI-ju”. Projekt će biti preduvjet za suzbijanje negativnih učinaka strukturnih prilagodbi nastalih gospodarskom i zdravstvenom krizom stvaranjem gospodarskih i socijalnih alternativa te poboljšanjem ekonomskog statusa studenata koji žele samostalno pokrenuti poslovanje u područjima s konkurentnim potencijalom. Time će se povećati zaposlenost osoba s diplomom visokog obrazovanja u područjima djelatnosti za koja je utvrđeno da su u budućnosti kako bi se razvila konkurentna ekonomija utemeljena na znanju, čime će se skratiti razdoblje od završetka visokog obrazovanja do zapošljavanja osoba s diplomom. O objetivo geral do projeto é incentivar o empreendedorismo e o emprego dos estudantes, apoiando a criação de empresas que ativem setores económicos com potencial concorrencial. De algemene doelstelling van het project is ondernemerschap en werkgelegenheid voor studenten te stimuleren door de oprichting te ondersteunen van ondernemingen die economische sectoren met concurrentiepotentieel activeren. De algemene doelstelling van het project is in overeenstemming met thematische doelstelling 10: Investeren in onderwijs, opleiding en beroepsopleiding voor vaardigheden en een leven lang leren, met investeringsprioriteit 10.iv „Verhoging van de arbeidsmarktrelevantie van onderwijs- en opleidingsstelsels, vergemakkelijking van de overgang van onderwijs naar de arbeidsmarkt en versterking van de opleidings- en opleidingsstelsels en de kwaliteit daarvan, onder meer door mechanismen voor het anticiperen op vaardigheden, aanpassing van curricula en de instelling en ontwikkeling van werkgebaseerde leersystemen, met inbegrip van systemen voor duaal leren en leerlingplaatsen” en specifieke doelstelling 6.13. „Toename van het aantal tertiaire en niet-universitaire afgestudeerden die werk vinden als gevolg van de toegang tot leeractiviteiten tot een potentiële baan/onderzoek/innovatie, met de nadruk op economische sectoren met concurrentiepotentieel geïdentificeerd volgens CNS en gebieden van slimme specialisatie volgens SNCDI”. Zo zal het de werkgelegenheid van afgestudeerden in het hoger onderwijs op als toekomstig aangemerkte werkterreinen vergroten om een concurrerende kenniseconomie te ontwikkelen, waardoor de periode van voltooiing van het hoger onderwijs tot de tewerkstelling van afgestudeerden wordt verkort. Op de lange termijn zijn de voordelen van het project gericht op een fatsoenlijk leven voor de 350 leden van de doelgroep, door ondernemerschap te presenteren als een alternatief in de carrière en door het aanbieden van beroepsopleidingsprogramma’s op het gebied van ondernemersvaardigheden. De uitvoering van het project zal leiden tot de steun van 26 nieuw opgerichte ondernemingen (via de de-minimisregeling) en tot het scheppen van ten minste 65 banen in gebieden met concurrentiepotentieel — deze zullen een positief effect hebben op het ondernemersecosysteem en op de levensstandaard van de bevolking. A projekt általános célja, hogy ösztönözze a vállalkozói szellemet és a diákok foglalkoztatását azáltal, hogy támogatja a versenyképességi potenciállal rendelkező gazdasági ágazatokat aktiváló vállalkozások létrehozását. Realizace projektu povede k podpoře 26 nově založených podniků (prostřednictvím režimu de minimis) a k vytvoření nejméně 65 pracovních míst v oblastech s konkurenčním potenciálem – to bude mít pozitivní dopad na podnikatelský ekosystém i na životní úroveň obyvatelstva. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di incoraggiare l'imprenditorialità e l'occupazione degli studenti sostenendo la creazione di imprese che attivano settori economici con potenziale competitivo.
