Implementace nového informačního systému pro dohled nad hazardními hrami je podložena zákonem o hazardních č. 186/2016 Sb. účinném od 1.1.2017. Nový informační systém umožní regulaci, průběžné kontroly a celkový monitoring oblasti hazardních her. Opatření s tím související povedou k snížení počtu nelegálních provozovatelů hazardních her a loterií, k snížení daňových úniků, k omezení praní špinavých peněz, k snížení počtu závislých osob na hazardních hrách a ke zvýšení daňových výnosů. La mise en œuvre du nouveau système d’information pour la surveillance des jeux d’argent et de hasard est fondée sur la loi no 186/2016 Coll., entrée en vigueur le 1.1.2017. Le nouveau système d’information permettra la réglementation, la surveillance continue et la surveillance globale des jeux d’argent et de hasard. Des mesures connexes permettront de réduire le nombre d’opérateurs illégaux de jeux de hasard et de loteries, de réduire l’évasion fiscale, de réduire le blanchiment d’argent, de réduire le nombre de toxicomanes au jeu et d’augmenter les recettes fiscales. Die Umsetzung des neuen Informationssystems für die Glücksspielaufsicht basiert auf dem Gesetz über Glücksspiele Nr. 186/2016 Slg. mit Wirkung vom 1.1.2017. Das neue Informationssystem wird eine Regulierung, kontinuierliche Überwachung und allgemeine Überwachung des Glücksspiels ermöglichen. Damit verbundene Maßnahmen werden die Zahl der Betreiber illegaler Glücksspiele und Lotterien verringern, Steuerhinterziehung verringern, Geldwäsche verringern, die Zahl der Spielsüchtigen verringern und die Steuereinnahmen erhöhen. De invoering van het nieuwe informatiesysteem voor het toezicht op kansspelen is gebaseerd op de wet op gokken nr. 186/2016 Z.z. vanaf 1.1.2017. Het nieuwe informatiesysteem zal regelgeving, permanente monitoring en algehele monitoring van kansspelen mogelijk maken. Daarmee samenhangende maatregelen zullen het aantal exploitanten van illegale kansspelen en loterijen verminderen, belastingontduiking verminderen, het witwassen van geld verminderen, het aantal gokverslaafden verminderen en de belastinginkomsten verhogen. L'attuazione del nuovo sistema informativo per la supervisione del gioco d'azzardo si basa sulla legge sul gioco d'azzardo n. 186/2016 Coll. in vigore dall'1.1.2017. Il nuovo sistema d'informazione consentirà la regolamentazione, il monitoraggio continuo e il monitoraggio globale del gioco d'azzardo. El nuevo sistema de información permitirá la regulación, el seguimiento continuo y el seguimiento general de los juegos de azar. Det nye informationssystem vil muliggøre regulering, løbende kontrol og generel overvågning af spil. Η εφαρμογή του νέου πληροφοριακού συστήματος για την εποπτεία των τυχερών παιχνιδιών βασίζεται στον Νόμο περί Τυχερών Παιχνιδιών αριθ. 186/2016 Συλλ. που ισχύει από 1.1.2017. Το νέο σύστημα πληροφοριών θα επιτρέψει τη ρύθμιση, τους συνεχείς ελέγχους και τη συνολική παρακολούθηση των τυχερών παιχνιδιών. Τα σχετικά μέτρα θα οδηγήσουν σε μείωση του αριθμού των παράνομων φορέων εκμετάλλευσης τυχερών παιχνιδιών και λαχειοφόρων αγορών, στη μείωση της φοροδιαφυγής, στη μείωση της νομιμοποίησης εσόδων από παράνομες δραστηριότητες, στη μείωση του αριθμού των εξαρτημένων από τυχερά παιχνίδια και στην αύξηση των φορολογικών εσόδων. Nowy system informacyjny umożliwi regulację, ciągłą kontrolę i ogólne monitorowanie gier hazardowych. Powiązane środki doprowadzą do zmniejszenia liczby nielegalnych operatorów gier hazardowych i loterii, ograniczenia uchylania się od opodatkowania, ograniczenia prania pieniędzy, zmniejszenia liczby uzależnionych od hazardu i zwiększenia dochodów podatkowych.
