Výsledkem auditu by měla být strategie návrhu, která mimo jiné zahrnuje: — návrhová doporučení v naší společnosti – obecné charakteristiky podnikatele, včetně projektové analýzy společnosti, pokud jde o produkty, technologie, organizační strukturu, procesy komunikace se zákazníky, marketingovou strategii, – obecný popis projektového prostředí podnikatele, včetně alespoň informací o vlastnostech zákazníků, popisu hlavních konkurentů, – popis tržních trendů, identifikace průmyslových, sociálních a technologických trendů v kontextu žadatele s vysokým potenciálním dopadem na trh žadatele, – posouzení úrovně využití designu ve společnosti žadatele a jeho potenciálu v této oblasti, – vymezení konstrukčních problémů ve společnosti žadatele (kde se tyto problémy mohou týkat jak výrobku, tak jiných obchodních procesů ve společnosti), – možnost řešení konstrukčních problémů ve společnosti žadatele. Společnost Synergia Sp. z o.o. byla vybrána k provedení auditu a vypracování strategie návrhu, která identifikovala následující odborníky na návrh: a) Piotr Lutek, b) Konrad Klimek, c) Bartłomiej Pniewski. Audito rezultatas turėtų būti projektavimo strategija, įskaitant, inter alia: – projektavimo rekomendacijos mūsų įmonėje – bendrosios verslininko charakteristikos, įskaitant įmonės dizaino analizę, susijusią su produktais, technologijomis, organizacine struktūra, komunikacijos su klientais procesais, rinkodaros strategija, – bendras verslininko dizaino aplinkos aprašymas, įskaitant bent informaciją apie klientų charakteristikas, pagrindinių konkurentų aprašymą, – rinkos tendencijų aprašymas, pramonės, socialinių ir technologinių tendencijų, svarbių pareiškėjo kontekste, identifikavimas, kuris gali turėti didelį poveikį pareiškėjo rinkai, – dizaino naudojimo pareiškėjo įmonėje lygio ir jo potencialo šioje srityje įvertinimas, – projektavimo problemų pareiškėjo įmonėje apibrėžimas (kai šios problemos gali būti susijusios tiek su produktu, tiek su kitais įmonės verslo procesais), – galimybė išspręsti projektavimo problemas pareiškėjo įmonėje.
