Within the confines of Project implementation, initiatives in the scope of modernisation of the border crossing infrastructure will be undertaken. Activities related to preventing and combating illegal migration and smuggling, fighting organised crime as well as counteracting and eliminating illegal trade of rare and endangered species will be integrated into the scope of the Project implementation. Project implementation will positively impact on the cross-border effect through more efficient transport of goods through the border, facilitations to border traffic, increased contacts between entrepreneurs on both sides of the border. Faster and more effective border services’ control on the rail border crossing in Siemianówka is connected to shorter stay of wagons on border crossings. Custom clearance quality in the rail transport area and along the rail route will improve. Technical aspects of customs of cross-border freight trains will also improve. The strategic result will be meeting the Schengen standards in the scope of protection of external EU border. Development of the rail border crossing in Siemianówka is an indicator of needs in the scope of export and import of goods. Location of the rail border crossing in Siemianówka on the Polish side will be more attractive, as well as of Svislach border crossing on Belarusian side. Project implementation will be beneficial to the Border Guard officers, Customs Service officers, employees from the Border Crossing Service Department using the newly constructed infrastructure, as well as entrepreneurs and local government authorities. The effects will be noticeable also to citizens living in the region due to social and economic development of the region. Establishing cooperation with the Partner will also be one of results. Development of the rail border crossing in Siemianówka is an indicator of needs in the scope of export and import of goods. (Polish)

Dans les limites de la mise en œuvre du projet, des initiatives seront entreprises dans le cadre de la modernisation de l’infrastructure de passage des frontières. Les activités liées à la prévention et à la lutte contre la migration illégale et la contrebande, à la lutte contre la criminalité organisée ainsi qu’à la lutte contre le commerce illicite d’espèces rares et menacées d’extinction seront intégrées dans le champ d’application du projet. La mise en œuvre du projet aura une incidence positive sur l’effet transfrontalier grâce à un transport plus efficace de marchandises à travers la frontière, à la facilitation du trafic frontalier et à l’intensification des contacts entre les entrepreneurs des deux côtés de la frontière. Un contrôle plus rapide et plus efficace des services frontaliers sur le passage de la frontière ferroviaire à Siemianówka est relié à un séjour plus court des wagons aux points de passage frontaliers. La qualité du dédouanement dans la zone de transport ferroviaire et le long de la route ferroviaire s’améliorera. Les aspects techniques des douanes des trains de marchandises transfrontaliers s’amélioreront également. Le résultat stratégique sera de respecter les normes Schengen dans le domaine de la protection des frontières extérieures de l’UE. Le développement du passage de la frontière ferroviaire à Siemianówka est un indicateur des besoins en matière d’exportation et d’importation de marchandises. L’emplacement du passage de la frontière ferroviaire à Siemianówka du côté polonais sera plus attrayant, ainsi que le passage de la frontière de Svislach du côté biélorusse. La mise en œuvre du projet sera bénéfique pour les gardes-frontières, les agents des services des douanes, les employés du service de franchissement des frontières utilisant l’infrastructure nouvellement construite, ainsi que les entrepreneurs et les autorités locales. Les effets seront également perceptibles pour les citoyens de la région en raison du développement social et économique de la région. L’établissement d’une coopération avec le partenaire sera également l’un des résultats. Im Rahmen der Projektdurchführung werden Initiativen im Rahmen der Modernisierung der Grenzübergangsinfrastruktur durchgeführt. Maßnahmen zur Verhütung und Bekämpfung illegaler Migration und Schmuggel, zur Bekämpfung der organisierten Kriminalität sowie zur Bekämpfung und Beseitigung des illegalen Handels mit seltenen und gefährdeten Arten werden in den Anwendungsbereich der Projektdurchführung einbezogen. Die Projektdurchführung wird sich positiv auf den grenzüberschreitenden Effekt auswirken, indem ein effizienterer Gütertransport über die Grenze, Erleichterungen für den Grenzverkehr und verstärkte Kontakte zwischen Unternehmern auf beiden Seiten der Grenze erreicht werden. Eine schnellere und wirksamere Kontrolle der Grenzdienste am Eisenbahngrenzübergang in Siemianówka ist mit einem kürzeren Aufenthalt von Waggons an den Grenzübergängen verbunden. Kundenspezifische Abfertigungsqualität im Schienentransportbereich und entlang der Bahnstrecke wird sich verbessern. Auch die technischen Aspekte des Zolls von grenzüberschreitenden Güterzügen werden sich verbessern. Das strategische Ergebnis wird den Schengen-Standards im Bereich des Schutzes der Außengrenzen der EU entsprechen. Die Entwicklung des Eisenbahngrenzübergangs in Siemianówka ist ein Indikator für den Bedarf im Bereich der Ausfuhr und Einfuhr von Gütern. Die Lage des Eisenbahngrenzübergangs in Siemianówka auf polnischer Seite wird attraktiver sein, ebenso wie der Grenzübergang Svislach auf belarussischer Seite. Die Projektdurchführung wird den Grenzschutzbeamten, Zolldienstbeamten, Mitarbeitern der Grenzübergangsstelle, die die neu errichtete Infrastruktur nutzen, sowie Unternehmern und lokalen Behörden zugutekommen. Die Auswirkungen werden auch für Bürger, die in der Region leben, aufgrund der sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Region spürbar sein. Auch der Aufbau einer Zusammenarbeit mit dem Partner wird eines der Ergebnisse sein. Binnen de grenzen van de uitvoering van het project zullen initiatieven worden genomen in het kader van de modernisering van de infrastructuur voor grensovergangen. Activiteiten in verband met het voorkomen en bestrijden van illegale migratie en smokkel, de bestrijding van de georganiseerde misdaad en het tegengaan en uitbannen van de illegale handel in zeldzame en bedreigde soorten zullen worden geïntegreerd in de uitvoering van het project. De uitvoering van het project zal een positief effect hebben op het grensoverschrijdende effect door een efficiënter goederenvervoer over de grens, facilitering van grensverkeer en intensievere contacten tussen ondernemers aan beide zijden van de grens. Snellere en efficiëntere controle van grensdiensten op de spoorweggrensovergang in Siemianówka is verbonden met een korter verblijf van wagons aan grensovergangen. De kwaliteit van de douaneafhandeling in het spoorvervoersgebied en langs de spoorlijn zal verbeteren. Ook de technische aspecten van de douane van grensoverschrijdende goederentreinen zullen verbeteren. Het strategische resultaat zal zijn dat wordt voldaan aan de Schengennormen op het gebied van de bescherming van de buitengrenzen van de EU. De ontwikkeling van de spoorweggrensoverschrijding in Siemianówka is een indicator van de behoeften op het gebied van de uitvoer en invoer van goederen. De ligging van de spoorwegovergang in Siemianówka aan de Poolse kant zal aantrekkelijker zijn, evenals de grensovergang van Svislach aan Belarussische kant. De uitvoering van het project zal gunstig zijn voor de grenswachtfunctionarissen, de douaneambtenaren, de medewerkers van de dienst Grensoverschrijding die gebruikmaken van de nieuw aangelegde infrastructuur, alsook voor ondernemers en lokale overheden. De gevolgen zullen ook merkbaar zijn voor burgers die in de regio wonen als gevolg van de sociale en economische ontwikkeling van de regio. Het tot stand brengen van samenwerking met de partner zal ook een van de resultaten zijn. Entro i limiti dell'attuazione del progetto, saranno intraprese iniziative nell'ambito dell'ammodernamento dell'infrastruttura per i valichi di frontiera. Nell'ambito dell'attuazione del progetto saranno integrate le attività connesse alla prevenzione e alla lotta contro l'immigrazione clandestina e al contrabbando, alla lotta alla criminalità organizzata nonché alla lotta contro il commercio illegale di specie rare e minacciate di estinzione. L'attuazione dei progetti avrà un impatto positivo sull'effetto transfrontaliero attraverso una maggiore efficienza del trasporto di merci attraverso la frontiera, facilitando il traffico frontaliero e intensificando i contatti tra imprenditori di entrambi i lati della frontiera. Un controllo più rapido ed efficace dei servizi di frontiera sul valico ferroviario di Siemianówka è collegato a un soggiorno più breve dei carri ai valichi di frontiera. Migliorerà la qualità dello sdoganamento nel settore del trasporto ferroviario e lungo il percorso ferroviario. Anche gli aspetti tecnici delle dogane dei treni merci transfrontalieri miglioreranno. Il risultato strategico sarà quello di rispettare le norme Schengen nell'ambito della protezione delle frontiere esterne dell'UE. Lo sviluppo del valico di frontiera ferroviario a Siemianówka è un indicatore del fabbisogno nell'ambito dell'esportazione e dell'importazione di merci. L'ubicazione del valico di frontiera ferroviario a Siemianówka sul versante polacco sarà più attraente, così come del valico di frontiera Svislach sul lato bielorusso. L'attuazione del progetto sarà vantaggiosa per i funzionari della guardia di frontiera, i funzionari dei servizi doganali, i dipendenti del dipartimento dei servizi di attraversamento delle frontiere che utilizzano le infrastrutture di nuova costruzione, nonché gli imprenditori e le autorità governative locali. Gli effetti saranno evidenti anche per i cittadini che vivono nella regione a causa dello sviluppo sociale ed economico della regione. Dentro de los límites de la ejecución del proyecto, se emprenderán iniciativas en el ámbito de la modernización de la infraestructura de cruce de fronteras. Las actividades relacionadas con la prevención y la lucha contra la migración ilegal y el contrabando, la lucha contra la delincuencia organizada y la lucha contra y la eliminación del comercio ilegal de especies raras y amenazadas se integrarán en el ámbito de aplicación del proyecto. La ejecución del proyecto tendrá un impacto positivo en el efecto transfronterizo a través de un transporte más eficiente de mercancías a través de la frontera, la facilitación del tráfico fronterizo y el aumento de los contactos entre empresarios a ambos lados de la frontera.
