Проектното предложение предвижда ремонт и реконструкция на общинската сграда в гр. Костенец, с цел подобряване на енергийната ефективност в административната сграда.Проектът е изготвен съгласно предвидени мерки за енергийно спестяване от разработен доклад за енергийно обследване и действащите законови норми.Предвидени са следните видове дейности - топлоизолиране на външните стените, пода и покривната конструкция, подмяна на дограма, на отоплителна инсталация и на осветлението. The project proposal provides for the renovation and reconstruction of the municipal building in the town of Kostenets in order to improve the energy efficiency in the administrative building. The project is prepared according to planned measures for energy savings by a developed report on energy audits and the current legal norms. The following types of activities are foreseen — thermal insulation of the external walls, floor and roof construction, replacement of windows, heating installation and lighting. (English)

La proposition de projet prévoit la rénovation et la reconstruction du bâtiment municipal de la ville de Kostenets afin d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment administratif. Le projet est élaboré conformément aux mesures prévues en matière d’économies d’énergie par un rapport élaboré sur les audits énergétiques et les normes légales en vigueur. Les types d’activités suivants sont prévus: isolation thermique des murs extérieurs, construction de planchers et de toitures, remplacement des fenêtres, installation de chauffage et éclairage. Der Projektvorschlag sieht die Sanierung und Rekonstruktion des kommunalen Gebäudes in der Stadt Kostenets vor, um die Energieeffizienz im Verwaltungsgebäude zu verbessern. Das Projekt wird nach geplanten Maßnahmen zur Energieeinsparung durch einen erarbeiteten Bericht über Energieaudits und die geltenden gesetzlichen Normen vorbereitet. Folgende Maßnahmen sind vorgesehen: Wärmedämmung der Außenwände, Boden- und Dachbau, Ersatz von Fenstern, Heizungsanlagen und Beleuchtung. (German)

Het projectvoorstel voorziet in de renovatie en wederopbouw van het gemeentelijk gebouw in Kostenets om de energie-efficiëntie in het administratieve gebouw te verbeteren. Het project wordt volgens geplande maatregelen voor energiebesparing voorbereid door een ontwikkeld rapport over energieaudits en de huidige wettelijke normen. La proposta di progetto prevede la ristrutturazione e la ricostruzione dell'edificio comunale nella città di Kostenets al fine di migliorare l'efficienza energetica nell'edificio amministrativo. Il progetto è preparato secondo le misure previste per il risparmio energetico da una relazione elaborata sugli audit energetici e le norme giuridiche vigenti. Sono previste le seguenti tipologie di attività: isolamento termico delle pareti esterne, costruzione di pavimenti e tetti, sostituzione di finestre, impianti di riscaldamento e illuminazione.
