«Adela OIL» Ltd., representada por Krasimir Tsvetanov Roshelov y Zdravka Davidova Pantaleeva gestiona cultivos permanentes de lavanda en la tierra del pueblo de Byala Voda, municipio de Belene, distrito de Pleven, y en 2021 hará un aumento de 25 decares de superficie plantada con lavanda. Además, el agricultor tiene previsto adquirir equipos adicionales para mejorar la mecanización en la explotación. En el marco de la ejecución del proyecto, se emprenderán actividades para satisfacer las necesidades fitosanitarias y adquirir conocimientos en el ámbito de la protección del medio ambiente.
