Obiectivul general al proiectului (finanțat prin sprijinul pregătitor) este reprezentat de elaborarea strategiei de dezvoltare locală a zonei pescărești Neamț.Implementarea strategiei de dezvoltare locală (ulterior implementării prezentului proiect) își propune ca obiectiv general dezvoltarea economică durabilă a zonei pescărești acoperită de Grupul de acțiune Locală, prin promovarea creșterii economice, a incluziunii sociale şi a creării de locuri de muncă şi furnizarea de sprijin pentru creșterea şanselor de angajare şi a mobilităţii forţei de muncă în cadrul comunităţii.
