The project will reconstruct and modernise Osijek University with a total of 193 bearings, which will result in raising standards of housing in the student home, with a special focus in the project on students in disadvantaged situations, with disabilities and those with reduced mobility. The project will significantly improve the energy efficiency of the building itself, contributing to the low cost of maintenance in the future, as the building will build on the ‘smart building’ model.
