PROBLEM čijem rješavanju projekt doprinosi je ograničena dostupnost kult.-um. sadržaja starijim osobama, a posebno sadržaja prilagođenih njihovim interesima/potrebama. CILJ PROJEKTA IMPULS za 54+ je povećati soc.uključenost osoba starijih od 54 g. iz depriviranih područja Međimurske županije pritom koristeći kulturno-umjetničke aktivnosti kao impuls za njihovu aktivaciju. CILJNE SKUPINE su 110 osobe starijh od 54 g. koje su uključene u participativne kult.-um. radionice i 8 kulturnih djelatnika ojačavaju svoje kapacitete u području kult.-um. medijacije za rad sa starijima.
