Projektom je predviđena rekonstrukcija ovojnice zgrade koja obuhvaća četiri građevinske mjere (toplinsku izolaciju vanjskih zidova, toplinsku izolaciju stropa prema negrijanog tavana i izolacija dijela temelja i sokla, izolaciju kosog krova iznad grijanog dijela), te dvije strojarske mjere (Ugradnja visokoučinkovitog plinskog kondenzacijskog kotla te ugradnja dizalice topline za pripremu PTV) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2.
