Projektom "Sinergijom do uspješnije zajednice" osigurat će se suradničko podučavanje za 43 učenika s teškoćama u razvoju u 5 osnovnih škola u Bjelovaru pri čemu će se zaposliti 40 pomoćnika u nastavi/stručnih komunikacijskih posrednika za razdoblje 2017./2020. Inkluzivnim obrazovanjem pridonijet će se jačanju osjećaja pripadnosti i samopoštovanja kod učenika s teškoćama u razvoju, olakšavanju procesa učenja te razvoja empatije kod drugih učenika, prihvaćanja i poštivanja individualnih razlika.
