Projekt je usmjeren unapređenju zaštite i valorizacije prirodne baštine kroz razvoj oblika turizma posebnih interesa prikladnih za ovo područje. Ovim projektom izgradit će se atraktivna posjetiteljska i sigurnosna infrastruktura, potrebni ljudski i institucionalni kapaciteti JU NP Paklenica, njihovog osoblja, turističkog, civilnog, javnog i poljoprivrednog sektora, te osmisliti i promovirati postojeći i novi turistički proizvodi temeljeni na prirodnoj baštini.
