Projektom je planirana energetska obnova zgrade Općine i zgrade Društvenog doma koja obuhvaća nekoliko građevinskih mjera za poboljšanje toplinske zaštitne ovojnice, a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. Analizirajući navedene elemente, vidljivo je da ni jedan građevinski element koji čini ovojnicu grijanog prostora ne zadovoljava uvijete propisane zakonom (mjereno koeficijentom prolaska topline). Svrha projekta energetske obnove zgrade Općine i Društvenog doma Lukač, u Općini Lukač je realizirati uštede od minimalno 50% godišnje potrošnje energije. (Croatian)

The purpose of the energy renovation project of the Municipality and of the town of Lukač, the municipality of Lukač, is to make savings of a minimum of 50 % of annual energy consumption. (English)
