PROBLEM KOJI RJEŠAVA PROJEKTNI PRIJEDLOG: Prijavitelj je trenutno u fazi kada bilježi povećanje poslovnih aktivnosti te planira povećaje broja djelatnika. Kako je već napomenito ranije, radi se o grupaciji kojoj je potrebna centralizacija sustava odlučivanja i vođenja svih poslovnih aktivnosti, sve u cilju efektivnijeg i efikakasnijeg vođenja.
