Nabavom standardnih IKT poslovnih rješenja optimizirati će se poslovni procesi i osigurati praćenje proizvodnje, integriranje poslovnih funkcija, učinkovita organizacija tijeka rada uz praćenje zadanih rokova i njihovog ostvarenja, poboljšanja interakcije s klijentima i dobavljačima.Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 884.375,00 kuna.Ciljana skupina su vlasnici poduzeća (1 osoba), priprema i podrška proizvodnji (3 osoba), ostali zaposlenici poduzeća (11 osoba), kao i sadašnji i potencijalni kupci, dobavljači i podizvođači radova.Ulaganjem će se osigurati maksimalna preciznost i kvaliteta proizvoda, projektiranje zahtjevnijih proizvoda, praćenje rokova svih faza proizvodnje, povećati produktivnost rada i smanjiti troškovi poslovanja. The procurement of ICT standard business solutions will optimise the business processes and ensure the monitoring of production, the integration of business functions, an effective workflow organisation in keeping with the deadlines set and their output, improving the interaction with customers and suppliers.Total value of the project is HRK 884.375,00. the target group is HRK 1, producing and supporting production (3 persons), other employees of the company (11 persons), as well as current and potential customers, suppliers and subcontractors of radova.The objective will ensure maximum product accuracy and quality, design of more demanding products, monitoring of time limits of all stages of production, increase labour productivity and reduce operating costs.
