Problem koji adresira ovaj projekt je vezan za upravljačke i administrativne kapacitete MZOS-a/PT1. U skladu s tim, cilj je postizanje djelotvornog i učinkovitog upravljanja OPKK-om kroz korištenje vanjskih intelektualnih usluga, suradnju s korisnicima, aktivnosti informiranja i promidžbe te jačanje administrativnih kapaciteta osiguravanjem i opremanjem uredskog prostora i osnaživanjem ljudskih kapaciteta kroz novo zapošljavanje, osposobljavanje i ossiguravanje njihovih plaća. CIljna skupina su djelatnici MZOS-a/PT1. (Croatian)

Accordingly, the objective is to achieve an effective and efficient management of the OPCCPs through the use of external intellectual services, cooperation with users, information and publicity actions, and the strengthening of administrative capacities by ensuring and equipping office space and empowering human capacity through new employment, training and the safety of their salaries. The target group shall be staff of the MZOS/PT1. (English)
