The aim of the project is to address the impairment of applicants and partners for conducting world-class technical science research, which is a key premise for developing tangible solutions in the economy. The lack of R & D & I equipment and the shortage of researchers significantly affects the reduction, quality and relevance of scientific works in maric geodesy or hydrography fields, as well as oceanography and fisheries, inability to participate on equal research projects with other ERA participants, the departure of researchers and the reduced quality of teaching activities.
