(Croatian)

The aim of the project is to reduce the cost of electricity to users in the building sector and to enable users of the electricity grid to participate actively in the system’s operation, thereby increasing its security. This will be achieved by developing a networked stationary energy storage system in batteries. The product has three basic features: and) reduce the peak consumption of network users; II) switches consumption from the more expensive (daily) in the low priced (night) tariff; III) allows for participation in the provision of a reservation to the system operator. The product concerned is of great importance for a modern electricity system as it allows for the integration of more renewable energy sources. Indeed, in the classic electricity system, consumers were passive and the task of operating conventional generators (gas, nuclear, thermoand hydro) was to monitor the system’s consumption curve. The increase in the share of renewable energy sources is becoming more and more non-manageable, poorly managed electricity generators (wind turbines and solar power plants) and shifting the system shifting to the consumption side of the power system player. Active consumers who can move their consumption at a time, in such a way that they gamble with generation from renewable energy sources, are crucial for a very high share of renewable electricity generation and, as a result, the sustainable development of modern society. Balancing the system of active electric consumers with battery tanks reduces the cost of electricity. Indeed, consumers of categories of entrepreneurship, i.e. consumers with a power that are more than 20 kW, pay for what is known, the peak load underlying they achieve in the month. Using the energy reservoirs that is empty during peak hours, the consumer shall reduce the charge for the service power. (English)
