Problem koji projekt ‘1, 2, 3…PALIM LAMPICU!’ rješava je nedostatak sustavne institucionalne potpore (potencijalno) darovitim učenicima te nastavnicima/mentorima I stručnim suradnicima iz osnovnih I srednjih škola koji s njima rade. Cilj ovog projekta je uspostaviti sustav podrške (potencijalno) darovitim učenicima u sklopu redovnog obrazovanja u Međimurskoj županiji provedbom projektnih aktivnosti. Ciljne skupine projekta su (potencijalno) daroviti učenici osnovnih škola, nastavnici i stručni suradnici OŠ i SŠ kojima je osnivač MŽ te odgojno-obrazovni stručnjaci javnih institucija. (Croatian)
