Aktivnosti ove operacije predstavljaju faza II unaprjeđenje Sustava za upravljanje rizicima (koji se sastoji od više neovisnih modula koji se nadograđuju) koje se provode s ciljem pružanja usluge održavanja i nadogradnje. Nužno je osigurati punu funkcionalnost i pravilan rad svakog pojedinog modula, te eliminirati pogreške kroz preventivno i interventno održavanjem, a kroz proaktivno je nužno uskladiti, olakšati i unaprijediti korisničku uporabu, kao i nabaviti opremu.
