Opći cilj projekta je podizanje kvalitete rada službenika zatvorskog i probacijskog sustava te sustava za podršku žrtvama i svjedocima. Ciljanu skupinu čine pravosudni službenici Uprave za zatvorski sustav i probaciju i Službe za podršku žrtvama i svjedocima na županijskim sudovima te suci i državni odvjetnici. Projekt je usmjeren na razvoj i jačanje ljudskih potencijala, koje će se provesti na tri važne razine: unaprijeđenje poslovnih procesa, jačanje profesionalnih kompetencija te osnaživanje službenika i povećanje njihove sigurnosti.
