Ovaj projekt ima za cilj unaprijediti kakvoću socijalnog dijaloga kroz razvoj i jačanje administrativnih i stručnih sposobnosti socijalnih partnera, a što se postiže s jedne strane pojačanom razmjenom iskustava s naprednijim sustavima socijalnog dijaloga, te s druge strane novostečenim vještinama. Dodatno, k tome se sam budući rad socijalnih partnera može osloniti na znanstvenu podlogu u vidu relevantnih podataka koja će biti znanstvenim istraživanjem prikupljeni za područja radnih odnosa i uvjeta i služit će kao temelj usustavljenog rada u budućnosti socijalnog dijaloga.
