Usluga se pruža 80 sati mjesečno prema unaprijed utvrđenom planu korisnika, a o pruženoj usluzi se vodi evidencija. Specifični cilj: Korisnicima OA povećati socijalnu uključenost i unaprijediti kvalitetu života; Opći cilj: Jačati socijalno uključivanje kroz daljnji razvoj i povećanje kvalitete usluge osobne asistencije.
