Projektom „MI u zajednici“ Prijavitelj će riješiti problem aktualne nemogućnosti kvalitetnog odgovora na rastuće potrebe za pružanjem izvaninstitucijskih usluga, što je uzrokovano neadekvatnom socijalnom infrastrukturom i opremom Doma za pružanje izvaninstitucijskih usluga organiziranog stanovanja, psihosocijalne podrške i boravka, kao i ograničenim kapacitetima Partnera. Cilj Projekta je unaprijediti rad Doma i Partnera u pogledu kvalitete i kapaciteta, a u sklopu općeg procesa deinstitucionalizacije i transformacije Doma.Ciljne skupine: (1) odrasle osobe s invaliditetom, (2) djelatnici Korisnika i Partnera.
