Uspostava i poboljšanje uvjeta dnevne bolnice sa 15 kreveta i jedne sale jednodnevne kirurgije Opće bolnice Gospić nužan je preduvjet za funkcioniranje bolnice te za ostvarivanje ciljeva propisanih Nacionalnim planom.
