Kroz I. fazu projekta obnove dvorca Eugena Savojskog izradit će potrebna projektno-tehnička i studijska dokumentacije koja je osnovni preduvjet za obnovu, rekonstrukciju i revitalizaciju zaštićenog nepokretnog kulturnog dobra. U procesu izrade projektno-tehničke i studijske dokumentacije precizno će se definirati svi elementi njegove buduće namjene te sadržajno oblikovati kulturno-turistički potencijal s ciljem maksimalne kulturno-turističke valorizacije, ostvarenja potencijala i postizanja pozitivnih društveno-ekonomskih razvojnih efekata na lokalnoj i regionalnoj razini.
