Zgrada Doma kulture je samostojeća nestambena zgrada pravokutnog tlocrtnog oblika, sagrađena 1980. godine te trenutno ne zadovoljava suvremene standarde uštede i racionalnog trošenja energije. Projektom su predviđeni građevinski radovi kojima će se kroz tri građevinske te elektrotehničke i strojarske mjere smanjiti korisna toplina za grijanje (Qhnd) za 187.175,94 kWh/a (83,73%), dok će se primarna energija smanjiti za 360.099,56 kWh/a (88,11%) te godišnja emisija CO2 za 72.545,1 kg (90,05%). Kompletna zgrada će iz energetskog razreda E nakon obnove prijeći u energetski razred B. (Croatian)
