Kroz projekt će se provoditi mjere energetske učinkovitosti na zgradi Društvenog doma u Rezovcu, obnovit će se ovojnica zgrade, izvršiti ugradnja novog visokoučinkovitog i poboljšanje postojećeg sustava grijanja te zamjeniti postojeći sustav pripreme potrošne tople vode sustavom koji koristi obnovljive izvore energije. Primjenom mjera energetske učinkovitosti ostvaruju se uštede godišnje potrebne topline za grijanje zgrade od 60,70%, točnije 64.946,12 kWh/a, uz smanjenje godišnje emisije CO2 za 21,86 tona i godišnje primarne energije za 69,75% (108.696,67 kWh/a) trenutnog stanja.
