Projektom će se smanjiti ukupna količina potrošene energije u hotelu Manora za 31,81%. Provesti će se 2 mjere: obnova cijele ovojnice grijanog prostora zgrade i postavljanje novih sustava za proizvodnju električne energije iz energije sunca. Realizacijom investicije u vrijednosti od 774.948,50 HRK ostvariti će se smanjenje emisije CO2 za 11,61t/god dok će se potrošnja energije iz konvencionalnih izvora zbog ugradnje OiE smanjiti za 25%.
