Svrha Projekta je da se inovacijom proizvodnog ekosustava - procesa proizvodnje i inovacijom organizacije poslovanja stvore okolnosti za plasman na tržište inovativnog proizvoda UGR STERIL TW. Inovacijom procesa proizvodnje kroz nabavu nove opreme i softvera te inovacijom organizacije poslovanja kroz uspostavljanje novog Odjela za kontrolu kvalitete omogućit će se tržišno lansiranje inovacije. Navedeno će rezultirati povećanjem prihoda od prodaje i komercijalizacijom prilagodljive svjetiljke namijenjene za zdravstvene ustanove, čiste sobe i sl. Navedeno će ojačati konkurentnost ELTOR-a na domaćem i međunarodnom tržištu te inovacijski kapital i potencijal poduzeća. Ciljane skupine: poduzeće Prijavitelja te postojeći i novi klijenti.
