Glavni problem koji se ovim projektom rješava je nedovoljna konkurentnost tvrtke Cantabile na lokalnom, regionalnom, međunarodnom i globalnom tržištu koja proizlazi iz nedostatne organizacije poslovanja i procesa za potrebe provedbe i komercijalizacije inovativnog proizvoda - smrznute monoporcije cheesecake i 10 različitih okusa. Ciljane skupine su tvrtka Cantabile, koristi će imati i zaposlenici tvrtke - 57 koji će imati koristi (poboljšana znanja i kapacitete, razinu stručnosti, te zapošljivosti od implementacije novih organizacijskih i tehnoloških unapređenja procesnih inovacija unutar tvrtke - posebne koristi će imati 10 zaposlenika članova projektnog tima, odnosno minimalno bruto 4 novozaposlena na razini tvrtke).
