Projektnim prijedlogom Društvo želi riješiti ključni problem neefikasnog praćenja poslovanja, a samim time i nepostojanje pravovremenih informacija na temelju kojih se trebaju donositi kvalitetne poslovne odluke za daljnji razvoj i rast poslovanja Društva. Cilj projekta je nabava tehnološki suvremene nematerijalne imovine, odnosno ERP rješenja, koji može odgovoriti zahtjevima tržišta, optimizirati poslovanje Društva, a ujedno doprinijeti poslovnom rastu i konkurentnosti na domaćem i međunarodnom tržištu. Ciljne skupine koje će biti obuhvaćene projektnim aktivnostima su zaposlenici Društva, trenutni i budući korisnici usluga Društva, te dobavljači i šira zajednica unutar koje Društvo posluje i s kojom surađuje.
