PROJEKT "Povećanje konkurentnosti STROJARSTVA BRANILOVIĆ d.o.o. kroz IKT" adresira problem neučinkovite organizacije rada uslijed neučinkovitosti ključnih poslovnih procesa, što onemogućava ispunjenje potreba postojećih i potencijalnih kupaca i izlazak na nova tržišta.Provedbom projekta STROJARSTVO BRANILOVIĆ d.o.o. će ostvariti 2 SPECIFIČNA CILJA: 1. Povećati učinkovitost i konkurentnost tvrtke unapređenjem poslov. procesa kroz ulaganje u IKT i novim zapošljavanjem, 2. Ojačati tržišnu poziciju tvrtke na postojećim i novim ciljanim tržištima.Projektne aktivnosti će obuhvatiti nekoliko CILJNIH SKUPINA: postojeće zaposlenike, 2 nova zaposlenika, 15 domaćih i 10 inozemnih postojećih kupaca te 3 domaća i 2 inozemna potencijalna kupca.
