Svrha projekta je povećanje konkurentnosti i učinkovitosti poslovanja optimizacijom radnih procesa unutar i između svih odjela u poduzeću. Realizacijom ulaganja u suvremena informatička rješenja će se otkloniti osnovni problem poduzeća, a to je nedovoljna tehnološka opremljenost, nedostatak suvremenih programskih rješenja, nemogućnost brze obrade podataka iz jedinstvene baze podataka na svim razinama upravljanja, veliki rizik od gubitka podataka i dokumenata, sporost u radu uslijed zastarjele računalne opreme, odnosno rizik od pada konkurentnosti.Projekt će doprinijeti integriranju poslovnih funkcija poduzeća, odnosno optimiziranju poslovnih procesa na više razina poslovanja.
