Projekt "Poboljšanje tržišne pozicije obrta "Josip Pleško" optimizacijom poslovnih procesa" omogućuje obrtu stvaranje konkurentske prednosti putem unapređenja poslovnih procesa obrta što će dovesti do povećane produktivnosti i efikasnosti korištenja proizvodnih resursa u cilju zadovoljenja zahtjeva i potreba postojećih kupaca te privlačenja novih. Nabavom novih softverskih i pripadajućim hardverskih rješenja omogućit će se ubrzavanje i integracija poslovnih procesa što će posljedično ojačati tržišnu poziciju i učinkovitost obrta "Josip Pleško", podignuti poslovanje na višu tehnološku razinu, povećat će se tržišni udio, prihod od prodaje kao i broj zaposlenih. The procurement of new software and related hardware solutions will allow speeding up and integrating business processes, which will consequently strengthen the market position and the efficiency of the business of the JTI Pledge, to increase the technological level of the industry, increase market share, sales revenue as well as the number of employees.
