Tvrtka trenutno nesustavno angažira vanjske usluge za klijente (transferi, izleti), neracionalno upravlja radnim zadacima, nema sistematiziran pregled raspoloživosti odmarališnih kapaciteta, ni jasan uvid u financijske tokove što je nužno za efikasno planiranje poslovanja. Ove izazove ćemo riješiti implementacijom CRM sustava u oblaku sa modulima za prodaju, financije, marketing, operacionalizaciju poslovanja i upravljanje radnim zadacima te olakšati rad zaposlenicima, unaprijediti interne procese te poboljšati uslugu za klijente.     The company wants to raise competitiveness by better managing the available resources, digitising and improving business processes. The company is currently failing to systematically use external services for customers (transfers, excursions), unrationally managed work assignments, does not have a systematic overview of the availability of resort capacities, nor a clear picture of the financial flows which is necessary for efficient business planning. We will address these challenges through the implementation of the cloud’s CRM systems with the sale, finance, marketing, operationalisation of the business and management of work assignments, as well as facilitating the work of employees, improving their internal processes and improving service for their clients.
