Svrha ovog projekta je modernizacija poslovanja ulaganjem u tehnološku infrastrukturu s ciljem osiguravanja optimalnih uvjeta za implementaciju specijaliziranih softverskih rješenja koja unaprijeđuju poslovne procese. Na taj način povećava se konkurentnost tvrtke, osigurava stabilnost poslovanja, te se ostvaruje preduvjet za razvoj prema zahtjevima tržišta. Kontinuirani rast poslovanja te kompleksnost poslova dovode do potrebe za podizanjem razine kvalitete i kontrole u poslovnim procesima. Realizacija projekta će riješiti problem nedovoljne kontrole i čestih rizika s kojima se tvrtka suočava, te omogućiti - zaposlenicima tvrtke kvalitetniji rad, a klijentima tvrtke sigurnije i kvalitetnije proizvode i usluge. Continuous business growth and complexity of business leads to the need to raise levels of quality and control in business processes. The realisation of the project will solve the problem of the insufficient control and risks faced by the company, and allow employees of companies to work better and companies to produce and provide better quality products and services for companies.
