Opći cilj projekta je povećanje kvalitete usluga te poboljšanje zaštite okoliša u RADNIK d.o.o. te na taj način pridonijeti ostvarenju ovog projekta. Posebni cilj je prilagođavanje zahtjevima tržišta te povećanje konkurentnosti poduzeća na tržištu. Rezultat projekta bit će 2 ishođena certifikata ISO 9001:2015 sustav upravljanja kvalitetom i ISO 14001:2015 sustav upravljanja okolišem. Glavne su ciljne skupine zaposlenici poduzeća RADNIK d.o.o. na izvođenju radova u visokogradnji. Neizravnu korist imat će ostale zainteresirane strane poduzeća a to su: klijenti, dobavljači, poslovni partneri, društvena zajednica, tijela državne uprave, financijske institucije... (Croatian)

The main target groups are the employees of RADNIK d.o.o. of the works in buildings.
